Rude and unprofessional owner. He’s disrespectful in every manner to customers and witnessed with his employees. Expensive and dishonest!
Tyler B. I did contact the office, spoke with the manager, who then referred me to the owner. I explained my situation and the owner yelled at me and then hung up on me. At my time of service, I overheard him yelling at his employee over the phone. Didn’t think his aggressive behavior would carry over to the customer. Overpriced in comparison to the competitors. Dishonest because he allowed his employee to charge me for service that I didn’t need, especially when I was in desperate need. Just plain dissatisfied, as were two other families I spoke with. Try Berner AC, he’s honest and nice.
