We were looking for a photographer for our wedding, but we ultimately found an unbelievable photographer for our family, for life! Elise Bennett is more than just a photographer, she’s as professional as they come, but she is also extreme caring and genuinely interested in getting EVERYTHING in your wedding right — not just the photos. We wish that all our wedding vendors were as great as her!
Let’s talk about the photos first, then all the other things that Elise did. We love Elise’s style of photography. She pays attention to the details, and will pretty much do ANYTHING to get the right shot. Seriously, during both our engagement and wedding photo shoots, Elise (aka Photo Ninja) would climb, stretch, and contort in any and all ways necessary to get the right angle for the shot. And it really paid off, as we LOVE our photos!
We also love the album she put together. At first, we were going to skip purchasing one, but ultimately Elise convinced us it was worth doing, and she was 100% right! She spent the time to not just make a wedding album, but she put together a fantastic storyboard of our wedding day. It’s a really great memento of our wedding day and tells a truly romantic story of such an important day.
Our wedding day had several things not go according to plan– none related to Elise!!! — but which left us a little disheartened after the fact. That sad feeling lingered until we got to see the photos Elise took. In fact, she single handedly raised our spirits with her pictures! Elise’s photos made us forget everything but those lovely, special moment that mattered.
As we said, Elise was more than just a photographer for us. She was a pre-​wedding counselor and wedding planner advisor. She offered to help us in any way possible — telling us not to get overly stressed, she was there to help. Elise offered to be a sounding board throughout the pre and post wedding process, she truly meant that. I called her and she was able to make me feel so much better about decisions or anything wedding related that I was unsure about, or just didn’t know. How many photographers or vendors do you get that from? (Having had a wedding, not many! Elise is truly, one of a kind.)
Without a doubt, Elise captured our wedding day better than we ever expected or hoped. She has been phenomenal throughout the wedding planning, execution, and post-​wedding phases. Now that we are married, we look forward to all the memories and milestones to come, and know that we will be calling on Elise to capture them with us!!! We love Elise and know you will too. Elise is the best!!!

Elise is INCREDIBLE! She is kind and friendly, and does everything she can to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. She works hard to capture every memory from the day, and the pictures that you get in return are absolutely stunning! After being married for over a year, I still look back at my wedding pictures frequently and cannot get over how beautiful they are! My husband and I have agreed that choosing Elise as our wedding photographer was the best decision we made about the whole wedding (and our wedding was amazing!), because the pictures last a lifetime. Elise is THE BEST at what she does!

Elise is an amazing photographer and an even better person! My wife and I are so glad we chose Elise for our wedding. We don’t think any one else could have done it better. we had a very fun tell taking pictures normally I would be over it in a few pictures but not this time. I would recommend Elise to any and everyone I know.
