I’ve been using their services for almost 2 years now, and I’m usually in their business every other month with a new project. They have always been very prompt in digitizing logos for my company, and I appreciate how they are easy-​going and willing to work with me if something needs to be adjusted/​altered. I started off with only 2 logos in the beginning, and now I have over 13 logos that I use on various items such as polos, t-​shirts, scrub tops and jackets. My coworker actually switched to Embroidme after seeing the great quality in the final products. Their prices are very reasonable, and I’ve received nothing but the best customer service from Embroidme in Mandeville.

Buyer beware. Terrible customer service. We will never go back.
We have had multiple items embroidered here, but then they made a mistake. They mixed up orders and embroidered my daughters dress with another client’s pattern, and proceeded to damage the dress taking out their error
When we tried to pick it up the owner was incredibly rude. She told us if we could replace the dress she would try to get the correct pattern in another week.
So basically due to her mistake she expects us to get another dress for her and then she will provide the service we paid for in the first place? She took zero responsibility and never apologized for the error.
