This company built my house. Agreed to a 30 day punch list, argued about the list after sale was completed, and technically, did not honor it. Have had serious issues with house and cannot get them to look at it. In my opinion and experience, they will do and say whatever to make a sale and will not deal with you beyond that. Have had a few other new construction homes, and have never such negative dealings with a builder before.
