Showed up at 4:55 (they close at 5) to get my mirror put on to the glass because it kept falling off. They didn’t even hesitate to help me out. I offered to come back the next day but they insisted. Very nice and quick! Didn’t even want to charge me. Thanks guys

The attitude of the local Safelite team is what set them apart. My windshield finally broke, they got a replacement in one working day, scheduled an appointment, and we got it done. My insurance company did not pay for this one (It was below my deductible) and I found their pricing fair and reasonable.

I had my windshield replaced. I opted for the replacement at the shop vs mobile due to an earlier appointment available and was less expensive. Staff offered very prompt service. The staff was also extremely attentive.

Went to get a tiny rock mark filled. They cracked the windshield. Two weeks to get glass and then charged me $ 100!

I recently had two windshields replaced by the Safelite in Mandeville, La. The team on the phone was amazing to deal with. I even had a very late change to my order, as I wanted a custom windshield, and it was handled at the last minute and the serviceman, Alvin, still arrived on time. The scheduled time was 12 – 5 and he actually showed up 5 minutes early. Really? Amazing! He was professional and friendly. He even answered the million question I asked him about changing a windshield. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a company. I will definitely use Safelite again!

I can’t comment on Safelite’s windshield changing ability, but their staff is great.
I was looking for a side mirror for a car, after some jackass broke ours. I went to safelite and asked if they could help. They told me they couldn’t, but took the time to come out and actually inspect the mirror housing. They told me what they suggested and where to go for a replacement part.
They could have just told me they didn’t do that and I would have left, but they showed their professionalism. I will definitely use this location if I need a windshield replaced.
