I gave this place a second try after having no success the first time, and will never come here again. They have no idea about designers, they pretty much just want Coach, Marc Jacobs, Lululemon and only names they are familiar with. They turned down my Lovers friends LA, ASOS, and Nasty Gal items. I brought in items with tags on them, also ones like new, and they rejected those and took my 5 year old Lululemon. The clothes they reject they will «donate» for you, though I’m positive I saw at least 2 rejected items of mine in the shop the second time. So unless you have only the brands they think are «cool», don’t waste your time. Finally, the staff always says your order will just take a minute. You’re guaranteed to be there for almost 45 minutes.

I’ve been to this store several times & each time I’ve found something nice/new with original tags at a great price. Example: I found a like-new genuine leather jacket from Style&Co for $ 20. A like-new Coach purse for $ 60. Can’t beat those kind of bargains… I’ll definitely be back. One drawback: no formal gowns:(
