I would give a zero star if it allows. Bought a brand new watch. It stopped running. Sent it in for repair took more than 3 weeks to get back. When I get it back for two weeks it broke again. Sent it back to them, call them every two days, they said it was running fine, every time we look for the manager, there are excuses that the manager is not there, and force to wait again, it’s been almost 3 months I get no refund and still haven’t get my watch back!!! The guy Chris is terrible!!!

Horrendous service. Our saleswoman, Evelyn, lacked basic knowledge of the brand(not to mention basic customer service procedures) and alienated me and my husband, who have been loyal Hermès clients for years. It’s a shame because as she scolded me in front of other shoppers, she used the phrase«we at Hermès» several times, and having shopped at Hermès boutiques in NYC, Italy, and France, I would strongly disagree that her unprofessional attitude speaks for the brand. Will never shop here again, and hopefully management will reconsider who they hire, because presently this location and its unqualified salespeople truly devalue the name Hermès.

Literally waited an entire year to get the h buckle belt I wanted. Finally got it from this location tho. Sally was very helpful and accommodating. Love hermes.

I have been shopping in the Americana mall for years and have built many relationships with people in the Americana. But only until recently have I started shopping in this Hermes. I have to say this is by far the best merchandised and best staffed Hermes that I have ever been in. In other Hermes boutiques I have noticed the floor looks really bare and it always seems like they have nothing to sell, but not here! THEYHAVEEVERYTHING! From my experience in shopping in other Hermes boutiques I know that Hermes has it’s own set of policies that are very different from most other stores. The return policy is very strict and unfortunately that is an Hermes corporate policy that they have yet to change, I don’t know why. But even with these strict policies the Manhasset staff has done their very best to service me, and they have! When there isn’t merchandice in the store they have taken my number and called me, a service i know they provide to all of their clients. I have had help from various different sales associates there and all have provided quality service. They even have a lovely security guard who greets people and makes sure that he staff is aware people are waiting to be helped! I could go on forever, but bottom line this is my favorite Hermes and the best location.

Horrible customer service!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional staff! Tried to do an even exchange on a $ 600 bracelet. Bracelet was never worn, in box, with original receipt. Manager refused to give me an exchange claiming their was a missing plastic sticker. She basically lectured me about how I dont know what I want, and refused to exchange bracelet. Outrageously rude, I will never return to this location.

Here’s the skinny: They are a franchise & if you buy from them, returns can be really difficult. No money back(unless-see below) & you can wait for what feels like forever to get what you want if they are out of stock. I purchased a bracelet & decided to return for the bigger size and have been waiting & waiting & waiting for them to get the item. I could go to Manhattan & buy the item & then return the item back to the Manhasset store and then wait between 4 – 6 weeks for the refund. So, i’m forced to continue to wait. Overall, not a great shopping experience. Finally received my bracelet so I’m now happy but I do recommend being careful if you might think you might possibly need to return & if they are out of stock on an item or you need it on a more timely basis.

I agree with the comments. Don’t know how such«high-end stores in Americana Manhasset can have such low-class service». Again, the 3 stars only goes to the fact that they had the item that I want. I had this vibe that the SA’s only offered«help» if they felt that you were going to purchase something. Snooty indeed.

If I can give this store a 0star, I would. WORST service ever. Don’t even bother to go here, the one in Madison Ave NYC has much nicer service and merchandises. I was going to spend some bucks here but nobody around seems to want to make sales anyway. It’s pretty impressive of how such high-end boutique can offer such low-class service.

Overall a little snooty but you would never consider walking into here without planning on spending some buck$ anyways but the sales people are helpful and it is a very nice boutique!
