Olive Duntley Florist

This was the worst experience ever! I ordered flowers for my Aunts wake from this florist which arrived at the funeral chapel 2 hours after the service started! I called several times and was told the driver was on his way but he showed 2 hours after the service started. When I called to find out what the problem was Lynn apologized several times and said they would remedy the issue but the owner had to call me back. The owner called me back in the middle of the night service, and left a VM. I called the following day and was told by this HORRIBLE owner that she was not doing anything about it! She didn’t even apologize! You would think she would have had some compassion since I was going through a death in my family to at least apologize that they were late in delivering the flowers, but instead she was the nastiest person I have ever dealt with. Such poor customer service I will never ever recommend this florist even if they were the last choice! BEWARE OF Olive Duntley Florist!!!
