Nice vibe, great staff, food is inventive and well turned out. Been here severs times and it’s been very consistent. Local feel, cozy, etc.

Came here with a party of 8 girlfriends on a Saturday night, it was packed! Definitely the new manhasset scene, but more importantly the food was fantastic. Since the wait was a little long to be seated, we got drinks at the bar and the service was fantastic. Drinks are extremely pricey though. $ 12 for a glass of wine. Our server was extremely friendly and cool and he gave us free fries. I got the kettle chips and the burger, AMAZING. The burger is huge and I’m sad that I didn’t finish it, but it was one of the best I’ve ever had. This is a special place and I hope it does well because Manhasset needs it. I would just like to come back on a quieter night, I wouldn’t recommend coming on a Saturday night unless you’re trying to party hard and see a lot of old acquaintances.

The first time we went, they would not let us in even for a drink, they had a private party. Disappointed. We gave them another chance, the service was very good, very limited menu, and my husband said the beer menu very weak. He said we are not going back.

I heard great reviews about this place so being the foodie I am, I decided to check it out. I came here this past Sunday and it was a packed house (definitely a good thing). Our server informed us everything is made fresh on the menu and boy was she right. The Tuna Crudo is sick! As well as the burger. I had a taste of the Pork Ragout and it was really good as well. Our server was also really friendly and did a good job with describing the menu. I’ll definitely be back. Beer selection is good too and they also have a full bar!

Came here recently on a Sunday night. Good vibe, nice place, good food. Having said that, the service was mediocre at best. Very disorganized when we entered with an unnecessary wait. Long wait for appetizers and entrees and no one came to inquire about our meal. Long wait for dessert menu and long wait for dessert. Finally long wait for the check which included an after dinner drink we had ordered but the staff had never brought us. Appeared that only two people were waiting tables backed up by the bartender.
Overall-​food was fine, service not great…

Tried this place twice and really wanted to like it as we need a good restaurant on Plandome road. The place is beautiful but it was disappointing both times. I hope they fix it soon as I would like to see them succeed. First critique is it smelled strongly of cleaning supplies, perhaps bleach or Pine Sol. Not very appetizing as it smelled like a hospital. This was true on both visits. Secondly the staff was disorganized, especially upon arriving. Need to do better job taking care of customers. Thirdly the food was inconsistent. On our first visit it was pretty good. On the second visit it was poor with Salmon (ordered well-​done) not cooked through, cold white beans and everything overly drenched in salt. Not good experience. I hope they get their act together quickly

Great new find. Love the ambiance, very cozy and relaxed. The food and drinks were great as well. Definitely my new go to place.

Just had dinner here after leaving lij hospital and food was amazing. Duck tacos for a app and steak with chimichanga next time we come here, we are trying the dessert cause they all looked good

Food is great. Great craft beers and liquors. Try an old fashioned with any premium bourbon. Special flatbread last night was off the charts good. Gruyère cheese, taylor ham, fresh arugula, o’ and a fried egg on top. Mac and cheese was dalish and my steak with chimichurri sauce for $ 24 hellooo. Manhasset welcome to what great food tastes like and priced appropriately. Enjoy it!

Good vibe, mediocre food and service. We wandered in on Saturday night at 7:30. The host said it would be 25 mins. We pushed our way to the bar for some drinks and waited nearly 45 mins for the table. I ordered the special – Guajillo Chili. It was supposed to be made with short rib and pork shoulder but it was clearly a ground beef. It arrived luke warm and had been sitting under a lamp for quite some time because the melted cheese had solidified again. My husband got the burger (again, just ok) and we shared the kung pao broccoli (undercooked and overly spicy but not in a Kung pao way). On top of that we had waited nearly an hour for our entrée (didn’t hit our table until 9:40). The food that was served was definitely not worth the wait.

I’m going to keep it real… I like to support small local business as they are becoming fewer because the big conglomerates are taking over.
This place has a very pleasant atmosphere… dimly light but not too dark, and the noise level was not too loud for a pub type restaurant. The restaurant has a small eclectic menu, and everything is a la carte. I had read all the other reviews of this place and used them to guide our ordering. We ordered the Duck Tacos ($ 12) as an appetizer and they were as good as people said they were. The taco shells were not your typical taco shell, they appeared to be made fresh from egg roll wrappers but shaped like a rectangular hard taco. For our entrees we ordered the SBT Burger ($ 14) which people raved about in other reviews, and the Roasted Rock Cornish Chicken ($ 15). The burger was far from «quite possibly the best burger I’ve ever had» which was another reviewers claim, it was more like a very average good quality burger. It had no WOW factor. The chicken had a nice crispy well seasoned skin, and the meat was moist, but could use more flavor. The House Fries ($ 5), which should have been included with the burger were good, but not worth the price. The Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Toasted Almonds ($ 6) were DELICIOUS (needed a little salt), but of course you have to like Brussel sprouts. The quality of the food is very good. The waitstaff was very attentive although forgot to bring out the Brussel sprouts when our food was served and we were more than halfway finished with our meal when they arrived, but they were definitely worth the wait. We did not order cocktails, but they ranged around $ 12 and cheapest class of wine was $ 8. The restaurant was rated $$, but I would say it was more like $$$ restaurant. It also claims to be kid friendly which I do not agree with. There was no Kids’ Menu and there was very little (if anything) that my 11 year old would eat. We would definitely come back, we would make some different entrée choices, but stay with the appetizer and vegetable that we ordered.

I came here recently with friends and found everything to be great ! It was crowded for a rainy Friday so we had to wait a bit for a table which was fine because they have a nice bar to have a drink as you wait. Food was delicious — favorites being the Brussels sprouts and duck tacos. The desserts were all great (we ordered one of each). Waitstaff was on top of everything. Looking forward to going back.

I had gone a couple of times for dinner and I was very impressed with the food, the atmosphere, the décor, etc… But tonight I finally tried the SBT burger everyone has been raving about… Hands down the best burger I have ever had. I consider myself a tough critic when it comes to food, especially burgers or anything to do with beef. My mouth is still watering just thinking about it. The fries are amazing, of course… And the duck tacos, and the tuna crudo were out of this world. I have also tried the steak with chimichurri, and as an Argentine I can attest to the fact that it’s authentic and delicious! They have a wonderful wine list and the cocktails are spectacular. But what topped it off for me is the fact that they had my favorite argentine beer — quilmes! Can’t wait to go back.

This place has a great vibe, good food and drinks. The Texas Mule drink is a must have!

Likely one of the few actual restaurants on Manhasset’s main drag and actually quite delicious.
Duck tacos were well seasoned. Their mac and cheese is made with real ingredients, meaning real cheese, real cream, etc. The kung pao broccoli was actually broccoli rabe but tasted right out of an Asian market. The toasted sishito peppers were seasonal and on point (though I would have expected a roasted red pepper sauce to go with it. House fries are Cajun seasoned. Burgers were cooked exactly as ordered and are quite possibly the best in town.
We ordered a bottle of the Rioja to go with the meal which was decently priced and full bodied enough to stand up to this meal.
For dessert we had the banana pudding which was wonderful, a great texture and not over the top with ingredients it didn’t need. Coffee was okay, better than most places.
As for service, the kitchen was surprisingly slow. We seemed to sit down just as a bunch of families with young children arrived so I gather they prioritized those tables ahead of us (especially since we told them we didn’t mind the wait). Our waitress Zena was very friendly and helpful as well as attentive.
All in all, we’ll be back!

This place is the classy food and bar joint I’ve been dreaming of. Come with a friend or with a date, either way, the atmosphere is more than sufficient. If you do not try the duck tacos then clearly you will never know what it feels like to walk through the gates of heaven. Our waitress was friendly and did her best to stay on top of making sure that our wine never ran out and that our food arrived as requested. This place is pretty chill and I’ll definitely be returning however I must insist that the one thing this place is missing is a live jazz band!

I am so happy that this place opened. The place is well designed and perfect for a night of good food and good times with friends. The music is great and the crowd is super cool. My beer snob buddy loved what they had on tap. I’ve been there on the weekends and twice during the week. I recommend the burger (it’s great!) and fries, the burrata appetizer, the mac and cheese and the shishito peppers. My wife loves the duck confit tacos. I highly recommend.

Great place, great food. I liked and different selections of beer on tap. What I think they need is some more decorations to make the atmosphere a little more of a restaurant bar. Right now it looks like it doesn’t have a set identity.
