This by far is the worst customer service I have ever seen. A manhasset sprint employee by the name of BRI-ANNA(as she very rudely yelled out to me when I asked her name) not only humiliated and disrespected my mother and I in the store but proceeded to give us the incorrect information over our accounts. I have had sprint for over 5 years for my family and I but will be canceling our lines today due to this individuals disrespectful behavior.

I walked into the store today to purchase a replacement cable for my Galaxy Note 3. I spoke with the clerk up front and asked for the cable. Her response: «Yes!, but we do not have them just laying around to give away.» I reminded her that I was walking into a store and that I knew objects there were for purchase. Such poor customer care… Wow! No apology was given.

Coming to a Sprint store, particularly this one, made me realize the value of Verizon customer service. The technicians who work here don’t know anything. All they did was tell my uncle to call Sprint. As if we couldn’t come up with that on our own. They didn’t even bother to figure out the phone issue or explain it to us. I also didn’t appreciate their system crashing while we were there. If I were at Verizon, they would’ve called for me and fixed whatever the issue was. Lazy customer service is no bueno.
