Two By London

This is as good as it gets –from service, to friendliness, to responsiveness to communication. I cant say enough about this store and their staff. Samantha A has been a shining jewel among their most prestigious diamonds. From the time she smiled and said can I help you, to yesterday with her warm hugs goodbye, she has exemplified the art of customer service and expertise. This is MY jewelry store-​MY go to place for exquisite adornment. My fiancée not only bought my engagement ring but he actually was able to design my one of a kind ring with the designer himself facilitated by the staff at TBL. My ring is UNBELIEVABLE. I then ordered my fiancée’s wedding band and my wedding band was ordered as well. Unbelievable and beautiful. I went back and ordered my daughter’s pendant. TBL is still unequivocally the best place to buy jewelry.
Kudos to the friendly staff who makes this store like the tv show «Cheers” — a place where everyone knows your name. Kudos to the amazing and adorable young lady Samantha A who lights up the store with her knowledge and personality. Thank you to all of you for making my day even more perfect than it already will be!

Do not go here. Here are my experiences with the incompetent staff. I waited six months to write my review on here to give this establishment and their staff an opportunity to make up for our horrible experience as they promised. This promise was never met so here I am:
My husband bought my engagement ring here from a male employee who was actually helpful while we were in contact. I met him once upon coming in after the proposal for a resizing. The many times after I came, he was no longer an employee there. My engagement ring is beautiful. I am very happy with it.
The problems began, continued and perpetuate with our marriage bands.
Naturally we returned to Two by London to purchase our wedding bands. Most of our visits from this point forward resulted us in the vapid hands of a young, entitled female employee who made one mistake after another. To sum it up, she measured my husbands incorrect hand, wrote down incorrect measurements, ignored my requests and specifications with respect to the style wedding band I wanted and resulted in my husband and I having to return back four extra times due to her continued mistakes. We do not live close by making this incredibly inconvenient for us to continue coming back, especially due to their own employees mistake. We almost didn’t have my husbands wedding band for the wedding due to the constant mistakes of this simpleton.
Further, my husbands wedding band is a disgrace. It is terribly scratched up and looks like garbage. It’s embarrassing considering how much money we spent not just on his wedding band, but my own as well as the engagement ring. If his wedding bands material was prone to scratching, this information should have put forward by the staff. This is not the symbol of our marriage we anticipated.
In regard to the ongoing situation, the manager Christine told us she should do a social media post on Two by London’s Instagram for our own business in which we just opened. This was instead of the champagne and champagne constantly offered to us to mask the situation. I emailed photos in October to no replies until I followed up. The reply from Christine said she would send it to management and get back to me. Months and months passed so I followed up last week exclaiming my disappointment. Christine emailed me back quickly claiming she was waiting for me to send more photos. Playing stupid when I have email correspondences to back up the conversation is extremely disrespectful. I do not care about them social media post. I care about the fact that promises were made and they were complete bs. I care that despite dropping over 20k (perhaps that’s not enough to make us worthy), we still underwent unprofessional treatment and suffered the mistakes of incompetent employees. For their location, prices and presentation, one would expect much more.

The service I received at Two by London was second to none. The Manager Christine went above and beyond to take care of me and my fiancé, can’t even put into words how happy I was with the treatment that we received. The rings came out better than I could have ever imagined! My fiancé choose a pear shape diamond and the setting was remarkable. Kate and Brianna were absolute gems themselves who made all the right suggestions, all with out feeling pressured into anything. Felt like I knew them forever. Just so happy I can’t say it enough. Not forgetting to mention, even the security guard Ray was a gentleman who I enjoyed talking to. The store is designed beautifully, very open and bright. For any jewelry need that I have in the future I will be sure to see Two by London.

If I could give 10 stars I would! My fiancé and I have been working closely with Stephanie (in Chanel), but the others in Two by London, Kate, Claire, Scott (the owner) have also been so wonderful! They will certainly go above and beyond with their service.
As for the engagement ring, their custom work is stunning, plus they carry Forevermark which was a must for us! I could not be happier– my fiancé made the right choice in selecting Two by London! Not only will we purchase our wedding bands through them, I plan to continue taking my jewelry needs to them. Next on the list, bridal party gifts, which Stephanie so graciously and patiently helped me select, making sure to hit different price points to cater to any budget.

My fiancée purchased my engagement ring here which I absolutely love. I had come in previously, with him, to see some styles. They had exactly the style I wanted (roung cut center with cushion halo) while every other jewelry store told me this style simply didn’t exist.
I don’t know the details as I let my fiancée make the final decision but they customized the ring exactly to his liking. Prices are fair. They won’t dupe you. Claire was really helpful every step of the way.
We recently returned and purchased our wedding bands. My engagement ring was cleaned while I looked around and we got great prices!
You really can’t beat Two by London. Great prices and great service.

In a rather posh and almost snooty mall lies a gem (no pun intended).
I have a natural fear of sales people and hate that feeling of being ripped off. But this place was very easy, and they even managed to take off from price AFTER i purchased the two rings. Ofcourse it helps to know what you want.
Dont be afraid to come here, its a great value! And from seeing other reviews it seems rest of staff is also very friendly. In my case thanks to christina and kate.

We wandered into here from London Jewelers.
We consider this the «commoner» section of the store (consisting on London Jewelers, David Yurman, Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier etc) This is where we met Richard D. Richard is incredible! I’d recommend him to anyone. He’s helpful, easy to get in touch with and extremely kind and knowledgeable. We didn’t end up buying from Richard solely because we found a connection elsewhere but I have recommended friends to go see Richard and he’s always the first to come to mind when I think Diamond expert.

I purchased my engagement ring here. I worked with Richard, who was very friendly and helpful. I also had interactions with the rest of the staff, who were also great.
We didn’t purchase a traditional ring but they seem to have a large selection to choose from if that’s what you’re looking for. All in all, it was a great experience and I’d definitely return.
