Audrey is terrific. She is really smart, very experienced, knows the South Bay market intimately, and most of all is a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive and really understands her clients’ needs and constraints.

She advised us in how much over the asking price we should bid. We were hesitant as it needed a lot of work, but it turned out she was right on the money: she out-​guessed the two other offers that came in by the end of that first day, and we got the house. She told us it was a chance to live on a great street and she was so right. We’ve loved our home ever since.
