Do you sell spam and telemarketing lists to people in India (with disconnected telephone numbers in Tennessee) who call people incessantly about sales for your Solar America company even though it is in violation of the National Do Not Call List where our number is registered? You seem much smarter than someone who would do this. They have called the same number up to 10 times per day for MONTHS after being told to stop. Solar America’s trademark is registered to your company at 1601 N. Sepulveda Blvd #227 Manhattan Beach, California 90 266.

Agree with everyone here. Not sure how I got on the list as I cant even install their product yet I’m getting lots of unsolicited emails from them. They need to do some research and find out who is sending these emails if its truly not them as they are tarnishing the reputation of the company.

Don’t get involved with this company. They don’t act on their own unsubscribe web page and you can’t stop the emails.

Tired of the endless daily SPAM emails. I opt out every time but to no avail.
I would not trust a company that can’t even get the SPAM laws right.

JUNK ! This business has sent unsolicited mass emails every day for 2 months. I have opted out each time, to yet have even more come in, its harassment now, I have emailed the company’s fake corporate. I would never give business to such unethical practices. It is is illegal to do what they are doing in California, so if anyone reads this and has the same experience lets make it class action.

They partner with reputable solar installation companies and match them with customers. Over the several years I worked with them, I found them to be fair, intelligent, and willing to do whatever it took to help their customers and homeowners looking to learn more about solar. These guys are email spammers. Lame.

Clean Energy Experts called my phone number listed on the Do Not Call List.
On 9÷4÷2013 I received a call from a person asking if I wanted to save on my electricity bill. After answering a few questions about my electricity usage I asked to talk to someone in the company who could tell me the name and address of their company. I was transferred to Maxine who said their company was Clean Energy Experts in Souther California. She gave me their website: www​.cleanen​er​gy​ex​perts​.com. I told her I was on the Do Not Call list and that I had no previous relationship with her company so it was illegal and unethical for her to call me. She said she was sorry, she was just trying to lower my electricity bill.
The only way to stop these unsolicited calls is to bring to light unethical companies who make them.
If they are unethical in this issue then I would not trust them for solar installation. I hope others stay away as well.
