I created a Unilocal just to express the lack of customer service! Not so sure they know what customer service really means.

If I had a choice would I go for coco’s? That is a negative.
It reminds me of IHOP or Denny’s. I will say it seems to be of a little higher quality that those two.
I had the veggie omelette which was decent. It came with pancakes and choice of potatoes. Now that is the plus side of ordering this meal, you get a little bit of everything.
Only come if you’re into something that will fill you, fast, and hearty but might not be healthy.

Everyone seems to give Cocos a bad rap. They are a standard «old school» coffee shop. They are just like Denny’s and Norm’s. They have a pretty standard menu and the food is «okay». The service is pretty standard and their prices are reasonable.

I guess the managers don’t read the reviews. The poor servers have so many tables they don’t have time to service their customers. All so the manager can get their bonus! This place is filthy!

I have never eaten here, and have no plans to. Places like this remind me of hospital cafeterias… nothing but old folks, and mediocre looking food.
However, I came because they have pies on sales for $ 7.99 for the month of October.
I ended up taking the Dutch Apple Cranberry Cheese Pie. It’s basically a cheesecake with sweet cinnamon apples topped with a cranberry and crumb topping. All in a fresh-​baked graham cracker crust.
That pie alone deserves 5 stars, but I gave the overall restaurant a 3 because I haven’t dine here (hey, at least it’s better than the overall «2» rating that they have).
I’ll be back… for that pie ONLY, though!

Disgusting frozen food.

If I could give this place 0 stars for service I would. Unfortunately for me my family for some strange reason likes this place. This is the only reason I keep coming back but if it wasn’t for them I would not even drive by here! The service here is soooo terrible. I have been to other cocos in the past and have not had an issue but this place has the worst staff in the world! Yes the world! Seems like they all try to avoid you and are always short in staff. Probably why the workers seem disgruntled and don’t care about customer service. Anyone wanting to eat here be prepared to be ignored and have a long long wait! I wouldn’t write a bad review I this had happened once or even twice! But enough is enough! I’m done with this place! STAY AWAY!!!
