These people were not very helpful — I’m not even sure they showed up when my home warranty company called them out. They did not report on everything we asked them and I find it hard to believe that they were able to say that my filter was corroded in the 20 minutes from when they got to my house and when I got home and no one was here, especially since the check for the deductible was still taped to the gate to my pool area. When I called, the lady was extremely rude when I expressed my concerns and told me that the technician couldn’t find the check and insinuated that I didn’t leave it. The tech would have had to have been blind to get into our pool area without having seen the check which was taped right next to the latch. Very poor customer service!
