Wonderful new home store in Manhattan Beach with a lovely curated eye by Lauren and her husband who have found unique items from so many amazing places. Great artisanal lighting and furniture, great textiles and pillows, beautiful art and lovely book collection which make for fantastic gifts. I also found her candle selection really special and items you can’t find in the South Bay. She carries unique jewelry, lotions, and table top pieces that are wonderful and make for the perfect gift. Dacha is a wonderful new spot in the South Bay and we should have more curated shops like Dacha.

This is my dream home store — I travel a ton for work (300,000 miles last year) to many, many cities across the globe where I am always looking to source something unique for my home. This is one of the best places I’ve found — a gem. In the US, even places I love often have similar ranges, but here there are lots of unique things that I haven’t seen elsewhere. The aesthetic is light, airy, natural meets beautifully crafted. I bought a lovely antique Chinese bowl, several unusual but simple and well priced bits of jewelry manufactured in Nairobi. The owner not only has phenomenal taste but she’s also charming and very helpful, while letting you browse freely. She said of the bowl — «it’s antique, but it’s probably not that old» and gave me a date range. I loved that — I loved the design so didn’t care about age but I appreciated her being upfront.

DACHA is a one of a kind gem! You walk in and feel like you are in the home of your dreams! Gifts of all prices and so many beautiful modern pieces for the home that are the same feel as the Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware yet totally unique! I want everything in there! The woman working there was so kind and helped tell me about the different gorgeous items!

Such a beautifully curated store. Fantastic gift options, lovely home goods and great art. I love coming in for a great gift and the second I redecorate I’m coming to Dacha — I want everything! They’ve only been open a few months and already I’m addicted.

I was visiting from out of town and decided to go and check out the Manhattan Beach area and was walking down Highland Ave and came across this adorable store called DACHA. I was captivated by the gorgeous windows and home décor on display. I walked in and was greeted by this very friendly woman. There were just so many beautiful things, I just didn’t even know where to begin looking. I loved how every piece in the store was on display as if you were in your own living room. My mind was already taken to a creative spin and I was able to picture where some of the pieces in the store could fit in my home. After looking around for a few minutes the woman who greeted me came over and said to let her know if I had any questions. I thought that was very nice that she let me look around on my own for a few before walking over to me. I ended up purchasing more than I thought I would and was overly ecstatic with my purchase of Mirena Kim Ceramic squeeze mugs! My overall experience was amazing from the friendly greeting, the personable assistance with picking out some unique pieces, to the personal touch of gift wrapping some of my items since they were gifts with the stores homemade wrapping paper. Simply loved the gift bags with the DACHA logo stamped on them. Such a nice personal touch. Oh, and the greeting cards at the counter when your checking out are super cute! Fun, fresh, and witty with a splash of romance. I walked out with two! I can’t wait to go back to DACHA and do some more shopping when I am back in town!
