I love Dan Deutsch because of Monique! She is so personable, totally gets my sense of style, and always has the perfect recommendation for frames. I used to go to the Beverly Hills location (which was more convenient for me), but now I go to the MB location just to see Monique. She’s such a wonderful person and incredible customer service!!!

I have purchased two pair of glasses and two custom clip on’s for using while driving my car. Monique has help with picking the right frames with her great taste. She has taken my prescription and put together a perfect fit to my liking. She is very sweet and efficient at her profession and makes buying you glasses a nice experience. You can come back for tightening and adjustment at any time. Monique has a gift knowing what looks good on your face and I’m very satisfied with glasses I’ve bought from her and will continue to come back for more glasses I might need. I’ve been getting my glasses at Dan Deutsch for the last few years. I have been to both the Manhattan Beach and Beverly Hills locations. They have a great selection of Oliver People’s and Ray-​Bans as well as other designer names. I’ve been to other places that have a few Ray-​Bans but not the same quality of selection that Dan Deutsch has. The prices are comparable to other retailers selling the same glasses. They clean and adjust your glasses for free.

Monique helped us find a great pair of glasses for my husband. After wearing them for a few days, the bridge dug too much into the skin making it incredibly uncomfortable and raw. Monique worked diligently to find a solution, and we’re so grateful for her help!

Amazing service from Alla!!! I had gone to 3 different sunglass huts to fix my oversized Chanel sunglasses that I had accidentally broken and they wouldn’t fix it saying that they were damaged and Id have to buy new ones. While we were strolling by the beach we saw Dan Deutsch Optical Store and decided to go in and ask if they could help. Lo and behold Alla fixed my sunglasses and even showed me how to clean them better so that they don’t end up too fogged up and look brand new. Best part was that since it took her just a few minutes she didn’t even charge me! Sunglass hut wouldn’t even bother to try and fix them. I will definitely be coming back to this place for new sunglasses!!! Amazing, amazing, AMAZING SERVICE!!!

This place is my fave. The service is great, thanks to Monique and the selection is always the best of the best. From Oliver Peoples to Prada to Ray Ban they just get it.
They will also help with all the other stuff after you have your prescription. I just ordered my new glasses and they really listened to what I wanted and needed. Rare today.
One other small note, they totally rock with the in store music selection, makes you happy!

I have frequented the West Hollywood Optical Outlook for over 20 years. I am a psychotherapist, so I need great glasses so I can observe the kids. I have always been absolutely satisfied with the selection of their glasses, but the truth of my continued patronage is the staff and Mr. Deutsch himself. Eric has become my friend, helping me find great glasses when I had cancer and when I lost my job… they were comforting to me. I trust Eric and Mr. Deutsch completely, and always know that the Customer Service they provide is really Human Service. In an age where no one cares about anyone anymore, the last vestige of humanity (not based on money, prejudice or THEIR needs,) is in the West Hollywood Optical Outlook on Sunset. They will go the distance for you and treat you well because they like you as a customer.
Enjoy a treat… treat yourself to meeting the fine staff there, and, if you are lucky, Mr. Deutsch will be there too. THIS REVIEW WAS LISTED FOR THE WRONG STORE.
Therapuetically, I could not suggest a better way to make you feel like an important person, no matter who you are, or whether or not you spend money there.
