Thank goodness for their hours! I always come here to kill time and waste money because everything in their store is 17.99 or less. From bags, belts, accessories, scarves, sunglasses, hats and most certainly clothing: If you look through their store, there is definitely at least one thing that will catch your eye. I spend over an hour here browsing their store whenever I visit and then trying on everything I picked out. So for their store to be open til ten o clock is a great plus because I usually get off of work late and come here after since it’s close by.
This store is very competitive with its surrounding stores because everything’s honestly expensive in this city, but don’t underestimate it because it has a bunch of cute stuff!
The service here is great. You get greeted upon arrival and they almost always ask if you want to start a fitting room so that you’re not struggling to carry everything. They’re also helpful if you need any suggestions or opinions on certain outfits.
Side note: when checking out, they do charge 25 cents for a paper bag, so definitely bring a reusable bag or be prepared to just carry your purchases!

Amazing store! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I saw a cute purse on display and asked the lady if they had any new ones in the back since that one had a large mark on the back. She came back with two new ones in black and beige! And of course I had to buy them both and a couple of other clothing items that caught my eye. Beware! It is very easy to spend tons of money here haha

Cute little place to shop for something quick! Great location and is open late! I needed a sweater since it was cold and found it there! Quality seems on point and the price is awesome! Can’t wait to go back and shop again!

I like how convenient this place is! My sister was in need of a dress for a semi formal event and I was able to catch a few good buys. They have some really cute stuff here at affordable prices. I need to come back to check out their jewelry. The quality of clothes is pretty good, I’d say better than forever 21. I would love to see more diversity but it is a small place. Everything here is around $ 16.

I love this place. You really can’t beat $ 16 per item! Let’s face it, women want to wear new things all the time. I go in here every time I get paid and I drop at least $ 100. It’s really easy because there are SO MANY great items. They also have $ 3 tank tops and tube tops and really inexpensive leggings as well against the back wall so don’t forget to look over there after you venture throughout the store.
The clothes are really cute but I have to say, a lot of them have taken a turn for the worst after I have worn them a number of times. Not the best quality but then again you get what you pay for and I keep coming back so that is saying something. One time, right before Thanksgiving 2014 I tried on this really cute lace dress and well, it got stuck! I could not unzip it, I guess the chest area was a tad too small. The girl working there that day had to take a pair of scissors to it in order to free me from it’s clutch on my body. It was a sad day for that dress but still a happy day since I did buy the same one in a bigger size.
All the employees are very helpful. They require you to show your ID for Credit Card or Debit Card purchases so make sure you have it handy. They also have a clearance section, where things are deeply discounted. Great finds!

I love the clothes there! Lots of great finds at a good price. My friends loved the store! They bought lots of pretty dresses. I would go back and buy more. Definitely want to try on their dresses next time!

First time in the boutique and I was blown away by the trends carried& prices!!! Sweet deals, sweet clothes, and sweet sales associates. Doesn’t get much better than that if you ask me

Me & my mom decided to check the store out today && we almost bought the entire place ! I love it ! Everything was truly 16 buck or under I couldn’t believe it !! I work right down the street && always saw their 16 buck & under sign … Sooo glad I stopped by to check it out. I will deff be going back (: great service as well !

Cutest store, super friendly staff. I was there on Sunday. Found 2 new cute tops and a necklace I love.

I love this place. It’s truly a hidden treasure. I found so many things I liked. I would have bought more but it won’t fit in my suitcase

We never enter and leave empty handed. Everything in here is $ 16 and under and they really do have some cute items. During our last visit she left with two full shopping bags. It doesn’t matter if I spend $ 200 on one item for her or $ 200 on several items, the woman gets compliments on everything she wears. However, when she gets compliments on items that we buy that are this inexpensive… we just have to laugh!
We love deals just like everyone else does!

I had very bad experience in this store the charge higher price at the register then the actual ticket, when I complained to the manager he was very upset with me and not very polite at all
I ended up returning the product while the manager was talking on the phone and giving me bad looks

I had a very good experience at this store. The ladies who work here are awesome! They helped me pick out a couple outfits and were so so sweet! You do get what you pay for though. The purse I got here ripped after two weeks. But what do you expect from a 16 dollar bag? Lol it’s just a fun store though. Happy shopping!

I was excited and started browsing the small boutique and couldn’t find anything to my liking. U basically pay for what you get, not so good quality trendy clothes. I think forever 21 is better or even the clothing at target. Nice clerks.

I have to say i have had an amazing experience at heavenly couture! i went in around 5pm during the cities annual side walk sale, and I could not believe all the clothes were 16, always! they had an amazing selection of brands i’ve seen at department stores as well as boutiques at the most reasonable prices! The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful, they were warm and welcoming even with the overwelhing number of people in the small space. They all had such great style too! Everything was neatly presented, and pricing was so simple! The girl at the counter with long red hair was very informative and kind. She told me they had all kinds of locations and a website i could visit as well and that next week they are to be getting shoes in! I definately will be returning very often to my new secret spot! I hope they do well as they are fairly new, this kind of store could attract a lot of people!
