Great location. Curtious staff. Fast service. Drinks always made just right. Iv tried different drinks and always am impress and like how they can make any accommodations to any drink to make it your style. Plenty parking in the front even though there are lots stores around. Always my apot for that smoothie taste bud

Ordered ahead of time using the APP and in a matter of minutes arrived and my drinks were already ready! Great customer services and friendly staff greeting you as you walk in. Love it

I’m miffed by the inability to do one extra tap on the blender to properly fill the cup. After my name was called, I watched as the trademark palm slap slowly dropped my smoothie into its cup. Yet, rather than fill the cup to its intended level and provide me with my rightfully paid $ 6 medium sized smoothie, they quickly turn the blender right side up and place it in the dirty area. Both of my orders left ounces of smoothie in the blender, wasted away. Its like charging someone’s phone 93% of the way and moving on. If I’m paying $ 6 for a smoothie, I would hope that I would get the contents and not be wasteful. Jamba Juice doesn’t care apparently. This perplexing dilemma should be looked at as an issue with how wasteful the company chooses to be. Nancy Kerrigan screaming in agony, «WHY?!» should be embedded in the corporate offices of JJ. What an embarrassment that we waste so much consumable foods.

I was starving after my cardio workout yesterday. Thank goodness Jamba Juice was nearby. The staff was very welcoming and cheerful; restaurant was clean and bright. The protein berry workout smoothie was just what I needed.

Love JJ! This location is very clean and is a part of a large shopping complex with plenty of parking.

I usually get the Caribbean passion or the apple and greens.
Try the secret menu sometimes! I love «white gummi bear»…super delicious but it involves all the flavors of sorbet so this isn’t a summer beach body drink of choice.
The people at the registers are always friendly and quick.
Maybe one time my smoothie tasted like the ratios were a bit off and I asked them to remake it. They remade it for me with a smile and apology and it tasted like normal! I’m very happy with that kind of customer service.

I hate writing bad reviews for places I Love, but I ordered the Razz Ma Taz and it was so bland she obviously forgot some important ingredients and to top it off my drink was ¼ from the top. Really Jamba isn’t cheap so fill my cup to the top please. My daugter ordered the strawberry/​banana. The drink was a purple color. I questioned the young lady and her reply was” thats blueberry and strawberry… it has banana in it” I’m like what!!! Did I ask you to make me a drink of your choice??? This location is horrible

Tried the chili mango smoothie. Decent flavor. I love the pumpkin almond milk smoothie.

Had the Apple and Greens smoothie today. Delicious. Will be back to try the Matcha next. Thanks so much.

Had excellent service and was greeted with lots of positivity when in walked in. Very refreshing to see that!
They were speedy workers too.

The only reason I’m giving one star to this location is because the presentation of the employees are super unprofessional .
It was a manager that was working about 1:45pm
I wouldn’t go back to this location because of that they need to be more professional

Nothing particularly special about this place but it’s good for a snack. Depending on the time, it can be quite backed up sometime.

Called in the largest order. Henry was awesome double checked my order and even helped me carry everything out to the car. Thanks Jamba juice you made my work team very happy this hectic friday night!

Everybody is great otherwise!

There’s ten people waiting for their drink and only one guy making them. Usually this place is fine, but they sometimes are very understaffed or have run out of ingredients.
Could use better management.

My go-​to Jamba Juice! Energetic staff, and although they do tend to get busy, they’re calm under pressure and always get your order right away and correct! They could use more than 2 people on busy weekends tho…

Advertising that something is fresh squeezed and you proceed to only squeeze orange juice. All the other ingredients came from the refrigerator out of prepackaged containers is a sham. T
Decided to get the Citrus squeeze after reading that big sign advertising fresh squeezed juices. As I watch the kid prepare my drink, I noted only ONE item was freshly squeezed (OJ). This is called FALSE ADVERTISING!
I won’t be coming back to this location again. The one in Marina Del Rey and Redondo sells this drink freshly squeezed why can’t this location?
Paid for Whey Protein in a smoothly for my son, they forgot to add it. When I inquired, they promptly poured the smoothie back in the blender and added the Whey.
I really wanted to reach back in the tip jar and take my $ 2 tip back. This Jamba Juice is almost as bad as the Torrance/​Crenshaw location.

Jamba Juice is what it is. You’re going to get the same thing at any jamba juice. I come here for the Acai bowls. However, the service here during the day is ridiculous. I tried to use my reward points towards my bowl, but it was SUCH a problem. The cashier didn’t know what she was doing, so she asked her co-​worker, who I guess was supposed to be more experienced? Whatever the case, the «experienced» co-​worker was rude and not helpful at all. She dismissed everything without even hearing the situation. The two of them went back and forth and then the experienced co-​worker kept asking me questions. How about you stop wasting time talking to me from across the store and just come over to the register and see for yourself?
After about five minutes of trying to figure it out and getting nowhere with no one really willing to try and figure out the issue, I just said, «forget it. thanks,» and walked out.
I have been in the evening a few times and that crew seems to be a lot friendlier and helpful. Maybe it’s the stress of daytime orders, but whatever it is, I will not revisit during the day.

I do rather enjoy JJ. The prices aren’t bad and the smoothies are consistently delicious. I do have to stress that not ALL of the smoothies are healthy tho. In fact, some are quite bad for you (which I feel is a little deceptive). So make sure you grab an all natural smoothie if you’re trying to stay on the healthy side of the tracks.
I recently stopped in to try their new bowls (we all knew it was only a matter of time before they jumped on this craze), and I was a little disappointed.
I had an Acai bowl and felt it was pretty «meh» to be honest. I thought their addition of honey would be great. Buttttt not so much.
So I think I’ll stick to the smoothies here.
