FANTASTIC! Just met Kathy today with a quick books problem… and she was able to solve it. I felt so comfortable with her and knew she would be able to «fix» my problems. She also showed me little short cuts to do to help me and also suggestions to help me maintain my quick books program. This will not be my last visit to her. If you have any questions or problems, Kathy is your person to call. Thank you again Kathy!!!

Worst Ever! SCAM. Don’t give your money to this woman, she will rob you blind. Kathy McQuiggan required advanced payment of $ 1000 and did not perform the work hired. In fact, she never did the work! Kathy was hired to set up our quickbooks for our business. After more than 2 months of delays and excuses from her we asked for our money back. Instead of agreeing she wasn’t up to the task, she emailed us a link to pay her nearly an additional $ 1000 and stated should provide an ‘excel’ file she had been working on if we pay her more money. If that isn’t beyond belief, the small amount of work she claims she did was for the wrong tax year! She is incompetent, at best.
She is UNETHICAL & UNPROFESSIONAL and will not so the work hired nor a refund. Do not hire her!
The person who referred us to her (a mentor she took classes from) replied, «Shame on her! I had no idea she would do this to you». He also stated he would reach out and encourage her to refund us, which was the right thing to do. She didn’t heed his advice, obviously. :((
We told Kathy if she would not refund our deposit, that we would provide accurate and candid feedback of her performance on websites were were able to review her performance. In response, she took down her listings on Intuit Find-​an-​Advisor site (where Quickbooks clients provide reviews of Quickbooks Pro Advisors) rather than ‘doing the right thing’ and refunding our deposit. What a loser!
Kathy provided nothing to us but wasted time and money. She is EXCELLENT AT ONE THING: Stealing your cash. Beware!

Kathy is one of the most personable and helpful accountants I know. She takes the time to explain my finances to me because she really wants me to understand what is happening with my business. Because she owns her own business, she understands the hurdles I am facing and uses her expertise to guide me so I make smart financial decisions each month. Kathy is a professional who is extremely detailed and I feel like I know my bottom line each month. She does not sugar coat my finances and makes no judgments either.
