Minuteman was contracted to supply shuttle service from a local hotel to St Johns hospital. Yesterday was bad enough with slow response time, but today the shuttle operator was blatantly unsafe. He was texting and talking on his cell WHILE DRIVING! Also, he was so oblivious that he even had people in the shuttle, and decided to play music at painfully high levels. Stay away if you can.

Do not use this company if you have any other choice.
They damage vehicles and then deny any claims that come their way. They hire valet drivers that will run into curbs and then do everything in their power to not alert you to the damage.
Again, do not use unless you want your car damaged.

Minute Man Parking:
I parked my car with these guys in Marina Del Rey at the Azzurra Condominiums. When I got my car back, THE FRONT DRIVER WINDOW WAS BROKEN.
They told me that its fine and to take it to get it fixed and that it was just off its «track». Actual damage was over 800 dollars and guess what …
THEY DENIED RESPONSIBILITY and NOW I HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
I’m actually going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau next. I will petitioning to the HOAs of the Azzurra, The Cove, & the Regatta to have this companys contract terminated since there is zero confidence that your possessions will be in tact.

I recently used Minuteman Parking’s valet service while visiting The Bungalow at the Fairmont in Santa Monica. The valet service was quick and proficient and the associate who approached my car was very professional and welcoming.
This is a very busy place and the valets are always running full speed, so it is impressive that they still manage to provide excellent customer service. My expectations were exceeded by the Minuteman Parking Staff at this location.

I have used Minuteman bus services for the last four years, and everything has been great. In fact, we have always had Brendan as our driver, and he is always on top of his game. Our trip runs through the inner cities of LA over a 4+ hour span during the late-​afternoon/​early-​evening rush hour, and because Brendan knows the city well, we move to each destination fairly easily. I highly recommend MInuteman!

I witnessed the valets from this company assisting patients at Anaheim Regional Medical Center. They were very courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job assisting elder patients into and out of their vehicles. The valet service was complimentary and we pulled right up to the front of the building! Fantastic!

I’ve had a very bad experience with Minuteman at the Fairmont Hotel location in Santa Monica. The valet attendants just stood there and gathered around not helping us. I addressed the concern with the manager and he was also very rude. I will not valet my car with this company again.

A total slip-​shot organization that parks cars. Hand over your keys and your car and when you get it back, its dented. Employees admit they saw it banged up in the lot they use but put it off on the customer (me) because I got in the car at the hotel and drove to dinner. The fact I drove off the premises means I accepted the car (unknowningly and did not see this dent). Its sad that in this day and age that people do not accept responsibility for their fault. I will never leave my car with a valet again and I will NEVER go to the hotel that utilizes this outside company again. Very disturbing on all counts. Buyer beware.
