Noah’s Bagels

The food and the customer service here is fantastic! The owner or manager I’m not exactly sure, seemed to know all the customers personally, he asked me and my friends what we were doing and we told him that we just arrived to LA after being stuck in traffic for over two hours. He came to us a couple minutes later with a few bagels and gave them to us so that we won’t remember LA for its traffic haha. This was honestly one of the best places I visited!

Great place if you are starving, it’s close, and you have a coupon. I have tried several different breakfast sandwiches, as well as the bagel and schmear, and the «bottomless» coffee. It is astonishing how Noah’s manages to offer food items that are so incredibly flavorless, and expensive for what you get, yet still remain in business. The egg sandwiches are salty, hot, and rubbery in texture. Any greens or slices of tomato that stumble onto your sandwich are amongst the saddest, most pathetic bits of vegetation you will ever see in your lifetime. The bagels are bland. The «bottomless» coffee is watery, hot and tasteless. If you do find yourself here, as a result of requiring immediate sustenance, make requests that will enhance your choice, albeit minimally. Request a crispy toasted bagel or crispy bacon. Any bagel can be made into a «thin». There is one reduced-​fat plain cream cheese option available.
FYI– In the past, I have received coupons in the mail for a free bagel, no purchase necessary. I freely admit, without shame, that if sent a coupon for a free bagel, I will use it. On the few occasions that I used these coupons, and, this is key, did not purchase anything, the manager quite visibly displayed his irritation. Irritation from a man, who, on 6 separate occasions, I have witnessed giving FREE food and drinks to people in line he deems worthy of his gluten-​laden generosity: either cute young female tourists, or people he knows by name.
Noah’s will accept Einstein’s coupons, and vice-​versa.

The food is your standard Noah’s menu… So it’s good and as expected. Tried the new bacon egg white avocado on cracked pepper corn bagel. Has a sauce I probably would ask for without next time… Tasted good, but I prefer no sauces on my stuff.
Great service… 8 people cranking in the back! The manager is amazing, and even gave us the drink for free since the line was really long. The line was not long due to slow service (they were fast), but high demand.

Rude staff. Doesn’t make eye contact. No use of words like «thank you» or «please» or «you are welcome» …and I happen to be from New York.

The products at Noah’s speak for themselves, delicious! What keeps me coming back instead of stopping at the 10 coffee shops along the way is the unmatched customer service. Shout out to the team at Noah’s for makes a pleasant experience every time. Ill be back again.

Ordered bagels for a work function online to pick up in store. The whole process was super easy, they were ready to go when I arrived in the morning and the staff was friendly and helpful! I’ll definitely be back!

The BEST bagels in Manhattan Beach are found here, at Noah’s just up the road from the Manhattan Beach Pier. Noah’s is situated between a Jamba Juice and Peet’s Coffee, the perfect storm of convenience for all your breakfast needs. Everyone behind the counter is extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have about their bagels or how you’d like something customized, they love to help!
What makes these bagels so darnn tasty is they are fresh and fluffy, you can tell these are made daily, the closest thing to New York Bagels as you can get on the West Coast. I couldn’t believe how squishy and light the bagels are… and they offer up quite the variety of choice too with the regulars represented and some fun things peppered in too (asiago cheese, chocolate chip, etc.) and then they have a plethora of «schmear» choices (the smoked salmon is where it’s at). The schmear is generously applied, the price is right, the bagel is just a bit over a dollar and with schmear/​toasted is $ 2.75.
Quality for the price and high quality at that, don’t purchase your bagels from those darn overpriced coffee shops… those are frozen/​thawed… you can get fresh-​made bagels here for half the price.

I came in on National Bagel Day. I actually had no idea that it was a bagel holiday until the cashier, Alita, told me about their promotion. I thought it was SUPER kind of her to let me know that they were having that deal!

This place has the nicest GM. They were out of a few items, but the great attitude and knowledge of the product made the experience a 5 out of 5 still.
It’s a bagel place not in New York. They’re doing their best.

Great location with friendly faces. Makes a mean bagel. Can get really busy in the morning so I usually go during off times. I like their onion, egg, and poppyseed bagels. Cream cheese they use is very tasty and they never put too much or too little on. Awesome snack to go.
Only thing that’s a little wonky is the ordering system. Like you order in the middle, pay at the end, and pick up at the beginning.
Staff is super nice here. Love coming in and seeing friendly faces in the morning.

I like bagels. And this review isn’t about the food. It’s the fact that it’s a bagel place & lots of bagels were sold out by the time we got there… Before noon. The employees were very nice & accommodating so, kudos to them for their nice service! (Service = 5 stars)
I wasn’t planning on waiting 15 minutes for my favorite bagels (sourdough & sesame) so we just got whatever they had on their shelf.
There were at least 2 flies buzzing around and one was clearly making a home on the jalapeño cheese bread. That was kinda disturbing.
One of the employees stated that customers purchasing a dozen or more bagels are encouraged to call ahead. I think instead of encouragement, it should be a requirement.

Good bagel and coffee stop on the way to the beach. Staff stays on top of an unforgiving crowd anxious for the all day breakfast menu.
I had an everything bagel with cream cheese and lox. Very good. Obviously, freshly baked and soft. Worth a visit while you’re in South bay area.

Salmon smear, you have my eternal devotion. I could eat a vat of that stuff and not get sick of it… assuming I don’t get a heart attack from all that cream cheese.
The smear is great. The bagels are great. But the coffee… the coffee is for cleaning toilets. It’s always scalding HOT when it comes out of the carafes. We have to let the cup sit for 5+ min before braving the tiniest of sips. Just tastes like scorching hot dark water. Someone needs to train the employees. Tell them that you never make coffee with boiling water. Why? Cause the fragrant oils start to burn and the flavor profiles change. Might as well drink Folgers at that point. SMH
Go to the coffee shop next door for joe.

Bagels on bagels on bagels. Oh my shmeer! Noah’s is a cute bagel joint that claims to be «New York» style bagels. I will give them that their bagels are good, but nothing like a New York bagel. I love the honey almond shmeer, but if you are served the wrong order don’t be too surprised if the staff isn’t pleased or too nice about it (even when it’s their fault).
Early mornings are best to beat the rush.

Giving this location 5 stars because of the super friendly (manager) I believe he was.
Everyone who took our order was super polite & the manager came by randomly to our table & gave us free dessert. so sweet!

Ordered salmon bagel sandwich and salmon
Salad. Worst service! The gal at the register looked like I had ordered the worst possible order. Abruptly told me it had to be to go since they were closing in ten mins. She asked the other worker if she knew how to make. She also said «let’s get these people out of here» right in front of me!
Received the order 15mins later. Took the food outside and discover salmon sandwich was without cream cheese and little chucks of salmon instead of lox. Salad was just as bad. Artichokes omitted and a tablespoon of salmon. Went back in lights where out. asked her for a side of cream cheese for the sandwich. She did apologize for the error.
I live in MB, but usually eat at Noah’s in the Marina Del Rey. Best service and food preparation. MB Noah’s disappointing!

I like hitting this location after a day down at the beach. Plenty of good bagel options, and the staff is ‘on-​it’.
If you like coffee, they also have quality «Joe» to go with your bagel.

Noah’s bagels… great place for breakfast! Bagel and warm bread smell… what a great smell to wake up to lol.
I came during the week in the morning and it is busy little shop. Parking is not ideal, but hey you need to get your breakfast!
The employees are very friendly and john at the register is very nice! They take your order and then have another employee get your order ready. Your food comes out fast and hot!
I ordered the chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It was really good. They have combos if you don’t want to customize your own order.
Seating is limited inside but there are a couple of tables outside of the store.
Their bagels are very fresh and the service is awesome. Although the parking situation isn’t really good, the breakfast is haha. Just have patience while looking for parking.
