LOVE LOVE LOVE The Edge Fitness Training! All 3 coaches — Alicia, Nicole and Courtney are extremely knowledgeable and incredibly encouraging! The work outs are appropriately challenging no matter what your level of fitness is and because you can push as hard as you need to, the same work out caters to everyone from couch potatoe (aka: aspiring fitness star) to fitness star! The work outs are fast, focused and thorough; hitting every body part in an effectively short amount of time. The metabolism finisher pulls whatever you have left at the end of the workout out of you but in a completely do-​able way! Rev’s up that metabolism for ya! And just when I begin to get tired and bored of a workout routine, those crafty coaches change the workout routine (every 4 – 5 weeks)! This is the ONLY workout program I’ve not only been able to stick with but that I don’t dread going to and somedays I even kinda look forward to them. Love the encouragement the trainer give that helps me push even a little harder, love the class sizes (usually ~6 people), love that the workouts are outside and love the variety!!! Could not recommend this enough! See ya there!
