Vice Couture

Beside the long wait time for the headphones to be delivered, the quality is terrible. They’re $ 5 headphones at best. The adhesive wore out after 2 days, had to crazy glue it back together.

Purchased a voucher from Eversave for a pair of earbuds from Vice Couture. I ordered the earbuds on March 9, 2012 and it’s August and still no earbuds. Tried to inquire about my order at the website, but seems to be down. Stay away from this company!!!

Don’t products from this company. Bought earbuds that lasted only a few weeks before one completely broke.

I no longer can find this companies website and I have sent them 3 emails asking for a new set due to one bud not working. The first email they told me this issue would be resolved. An excellent example of an incompetent business that cannot handle the simplest of things.

I too, took advantage of the EVERSAVE offer to send my $ 15.00 for a pair of $ 50.00 earphones. And I have to say that I waited for what seemed like an eternity for them to arrive and I had just about given up. BTW, YES! I have been burned on another $ 35.00 offer for a 60-​minute chiro massage from bogas ‘DR’ here in Scottsdale, AZ. from ‘Eversave’. But, I digress, that’s another review…
These earphones, now that I have them ‘in ear’, are really quite nice! The do a very good job with all the different types of music I listen to and that’s saying a lot. I like everything from Classical Bach to Reggae, Soul to Jazz… I love all music. They do a good job of closing off outside noises and enveloping you in your own little world.
Still — Eversave and Vice Couture service level… ZERO! No Stars for YOU!

Like the other reviews, I purchased a voucher thru Trubates. I placed my order October 31, 2011. I haven’t received the headphones yet! I have Marcus from Trubates helping me, he gets no reply. I have received an email from
on 12÷3÷11, stating all orders have been shipped. I still haven’t received these headphones!

Absolutely, the worst ever service EVER! I’ve ordered the ClearOptix Wayfarer on December 07, 2011. No reply or any communication till now WHATSOEVER! I send a second email to them, but I don’t think anything will happen. My least favorite brand at the moment. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from here unless they are alright with waiting a lifetime to get their merchandise!

My order was put in on November 7, 2011. After about 7 or 10 emails (I’ve lost count), I still have not gotten my second order. December 14^th, an email from jason saying «Your second order will be shipped beginning of next week at the latest.» NOTHING RECEIVED!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Today is January 10^th… I ordered my headphones on November 7^th… Enough said.

I wish I would have read those reviews before I also got suckered into the eversave deal. I ordered 2 prs on Nov 6, 2011, it’s now Jan 7, 2012 and nothing. I e-​mailed them twice and no answer, I then contacted eversave and they gave me a phone number, called that number twice and all you can do is leave a message and so far no call back.
According to eversave they were getting all their orders out by Christmas (obviously not true!!!) so eversave thinks things are ok. I am now trying to get my money back from eversave because there are no headphones good enough to put up with this much aggravation!!!

worst company to deal with. took better than a month to rec’v product and then they are not very «noise cancelling» it at all!!! You can purchase a cheap set anywhere that would be as good. don’t waste your time or money on these!!! tried to contact them about my order and never got a response from them!!!

Seems to be the trend with these guys, but I also bought the Eversave. Waited about 6 weeks with very little help from Jason in support (
; not a Vice Couture email address, so it seems they’re owned by a larger company?)
I finally received an order from them and it contained the WRONG products. I’ve emailed looking to return these and get a refund, hopefully it won’t be a huge runaround like the rest of the order has been. The thing that kills me is that they’re still running a Unilocal deal even though they can’t keep up with the orders they’re receiving! Poor business sense and poor customer service, I can only hope these guys will be in business long enough to fulfill all the orders they’re receiving. Not for them, of course, but for all the people who’ve placed orders. My advice: Stay away! Sure the price is great, but what’s the sense of paying a great price for non-​existent products? Pay a little more from a more reputable merchant and walk away from these clowns.

Finally got my headphones ordered on 11÷6÷11 via the Eversave deal — came 6 weeks later. The faux woodgrain looks nice, but are no more «noice reducing» than the $ 4 regular earbuds that I bought at a local drugstore, and only slightly better quality. Definitely not $ 50 worth of earbuds, and the lack of customer service would make me never order from them again (nor use Eversave, for that matter — this is the 2^nd company I had a similar issue with after buying one of their deals).

Like everyone else, I got suckered into buying a product that (based on the terrible customer service) will probably be garbage, that I have waited 6 weeks for now.
Dont use Eversave or Buy from Vice, they just want to charge your card and disappear

Fellow Unilocalers, do not despair. I finally got the earplugs. Nothing spectacular about them, but they work!

I see they posted another deal on Eversave, which I think is amazing since they haven’t been able to fulfill the last batch of orders yet. Save yourself the time and money. They can’t be that awesome.

«We are experiencing shipping delays with customs, the target shipping date for all orders is now December 7, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience but we are working feverishly to correct this. Your items WILL ship as soon as we receive them.»
Updated to 2 Stars. The company could have sent out update emails when volumes over loaded them.
I will check out companies on Unilocal before I buy next time!!!

I think if i tried to call them I’d get Peggy the guy in Siberia telling me to use another card or send cash.

I wrote to them to inquire about the earbuds. They wrote right back saying they would get back to me ASAP. That was 10 days ago, so I have no earbuds to review :(
