The building is great BUT be very careful because they have been increasing the rent by 10% each year, which becomes unsustainable and forces you to move out. The worse is that when you decide to move out they put your apartment back in the market for a price lower than your renewal price. For some reason they prefer to value non-​residents more than current residents. It’s a shame because the building and staff are great and I would mot have moved out if they had not forced me to. If you’re looking to stay here long term, go find another building!

Building does not maintain itself. Waited in line for 20 minutes today to ride up the elevator! Needs to have the proper maintenance but the management team does not take the time to care for the residents

Best Archstone I’ve ever lived at. Best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The service is mind blowing and the building is VERY well maintained. Quiet neighbors, big & bright apartments — incredibly lucky to have lived there. And of course the location is unbeatable.
