Apartments Ben showed are very overpriced and not worth the fees. Unlike other brokers, I felt like this person wanted money over all else which is not a good way to start a relationship.
I would never rent a property from this person/​company. I hope my review helps some people avoid this guy entirely.

Ben Vardi is someone you can count on and does not hoax you into signing a crappy apartment just to get rid of you and make money. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with the new apartment that Ben showed us. You definitely want to talk to him if you want to find a nice, clean, safe place to live in NYC at an affordable price. I highly recommend him.
