Acerbic did an amazing job the past two years for my kids school carnival. Billy was super nice and wonderful with the kids. Acerbic provided us with a ton of fun props, a custom photo border and great quality prints at an extremely reasonable price. We can’t wait to have Acerbic back next year!

Yay for Acerbic Film! I search high and low for a reasonably priced production company to capture the facilities of my pet boutique. Stressful is an understatement!
Billy at Acerbic Films was so awesome to deal with, he worked within my budget and totally understood the look I was going for and the vibe I wanted to portray to my clients. The promotional video came out 10x better than i ever could have anticipated. The amount of patience everyone had with me was amazing, looking back on things now that everything is up and running smoothly I was probably super annoying … Sorry! :=)
All in all a fantastic experience!

Based on the most recent reviews on your Unilocal page. I think my husband and I dodged a bullet by not hiring you.
The issue I had with your company was the shady way you wanted to bill me. When I e-​mailed you to ask you about the 4% processing fee you gave me an inadequate response and then you got nasty with me. By the way I still have the e-​mails and I’m prepared to post them here. I did not take your message out of context because I asked you to clarify the 4% charge. The other stuff you wrote has nothing to do with what my review was about. Seems to me like you are trying to advertise your services here without paying Unilocal an advertising fee. LMAO.
There was a time when Photo booth Rentals were very expensive due to a limited amount of Vendors. Things have changed and frankly the consumer now has the advantage. There are hundreds of Photo booth vendors out there. People can compare and pick who they feel offers them the best service and price. You were not a good fit for my husband and I. That is why we did not hire you.
We found someone else and have since referred them to numerous friends and fellow Unilocalers. Believe it or not your services are not unique nor are they the least expensive.

I had a really great experience with these guys. I booked them for my gf’s surprise birthday party and she was super excited! Worked like a charm, and on top of that they were pretty cheap and super professional. Thanks for making me look good guys!

I had my wedding on 7-​26-​2014 and paid $ 100 extra for the photobook, which was supposed to be sent to me and have yet to receive it. I have called 10 times since returning from my honeymoon in August and it is now DECEMBER 1 and they have not sent me anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY — there are so many others out there, it’s not worth the hassle.
Also, they hire some third party person named Shay to design a «special logo» (also an upcharge) and he is entirely worthless — the design was pink comic sans font — he was a joke.
As a side note — if anyone from Acerbic is reading this, can you please refund the extra money we paid to get the photobook or SEND THE BOOK? Please!

I signed a contract booked and paid in full for a photobooth for my wedding. They never showed up! When I contacted Billy he said he had the wrong date down a month later on Tuesday!
He promised a refund and I have yet to receive one. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute. Stay far away from these people if you want them at your events you are making a big mistake.

The team is staffed by people who are passionate about doing the work right the first time. No matter what project they are put to task to, it is completed flawlessly, and in adequate time. Working with them is not only rewarding but profitable for anyone who invests with them.
