Active Outlook

Polina is truly a gifted therapist. I have a stubborn knot in my left levator that no one has been able to figure out how to get rid of. Acupuncture has helped it significantly, but even those treatments have reached a plateau.
After just one session with Polina, she was able to nip it in the bud via a trigger point release, which no massage therapist has ever done before. It felt like she was pushing the knot away, ironing it smooth, but very pleasant and not torturous as I’ve experienced before with other therapists. Turns out, it’s an adhesive tissue, probably from years of not addressing it properly.
It’s been 4 days since I saw her, stress has been high, I’ve been exercising as usual, but my body still feels great! Thanks Polina! You’re a keeper!
