There are few times in life I have had to face the limit of my fitness potential, as glimpsed through the window of excruciating effort put forth to beat a PR or achieve other fitness goals.(Mainly because I don’t often put myself in those positions!) Well, one of those moments occurred during a boot camp with Adam. He had me working so hard but with such passion that I had to question all of my predisposed notions of «working out.» Adam was so rigorous and disciplined in his routine while also sensitive to individual capabilities. He perfectly balances applying pressure to succeed with care that’s necessary in helping someone meet their goals. Adam helped me reach the best in myself during that class. If I was able to train with Adam regularly, I would(but unfortunately I live in DC). I highly recommend Adam’s expertise and skills to anyone looking to take their health and fitness to the next level. POW!

Adam is by far the best PT I have had the pleasure to work out with. He is my 5th. He came highly recommended from two of my co/workers. He is really good with all my physical problem and has found exercises to help fix my feet, knee, neck etc… My son now trains with Adam and loves the work outs he creates just for him. What I love the most about Adam and his I-pad. He has all your previous workouts written down and he pushes you to get better physically!

If you only read a few lines — I want to start with the important part: Adam is a fantastic trainer and no matter what your goals are — he will provide a custom fit solution that can get you there. Now, I am one of those people who grew up being active — sports were a normal part of life… however, here we are, years later(oh, so many years… ;) past the days of free coaches and when homework was the biggest stress… instead, my sporadic cardio workout and irregular yoga routine was simply a lot of time invested with minimal results. What I want to share in this review is – I am an average size/shape woman and generally healthy — however, I wanted to be in GOOD shape and I wanted results for my time, not just be average(oh and of course, I wanted to feel like my clothes fit like they use to :) Adam provides a routine that is targeted yet diverse, challenging yet achievable, and most of all fun. Adam’s personality is what puts his technique over the top — even when the routine is tough, he is positive in a genuine, relatable way. And, I put LESS time in at the gym and gained far better results. Adam is worth every penny. The other unexpected benefit — it added a level of peace to my otherwise crazy New York City day. Adam has made me both happier and healthier!
