Employees told me that «90% of patients insurance arent even covered here and most people end up settling their bill.» Ummm what?
this place is stuck in the 1970s. They only send bills via snail-​mail. No e-​bills, no online accounts.
I had an inflamed cuticle in my foot so I went here when I was led that my insurance plan would be covered regardless of it being out of network. 4 appointments and 3 antibiotics later, it was finally resolved. 2 of 4 the four appointments were completely unnecessary checkups.
Doctors were fine, but the process, lack of technology, inconvenience, and flat out laziness to carry many common insurance providers to avoid paperwork = FIND A NEW DOCTOR

Saw Alex Tievsky about flat foot and pain while walking. I thought he was very knowledgeable with good bedside manner.
I had an x-​ray at the office and he went over all the problems with my foot in detail.
He admitted that I had a very complex case due to previous surgery on the same leg that resulted from a car accident. He recommended another surgeon that he thought could help. He was very honest and didn’t try sell me something I didn’t need.
My only complaint was with the medical assistants. I didn’t find them to be friendly or professional. They couldn’t speak proper English and just had bad attitudes.
Otherwise, I highly recommend this office for common foot problems.

Dr Darlene k is a great doctor. I Went to see her and she ran a bunch of test i never did before and was amazed how advanced they were with technology. Staff is very professional and attentive. I can say nothing bad about this place i got the Hyprocure surgery which i felt would help me since I’m very flat footed. Overall great doctor who cares about her patients and is so down to earth and sweet. Happy i found this place online i just pray my hyprocure surgery goes well

Came here for a sprained ankle and was somewhat nervous cause you never know how the doctors and staff will treat you. Am happy to report that Dr. Darline was great! The staff is efficient, friendly and quick. The doctor took the time to talk to me and find out the issue. She was just as thorough in explaining next steps. Loved the whole environment and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Adler and his entire office. I had a severe foot injury about a year and a half ago that required me to be in a boot for over 3 months, in conjunction with weekly physical therapy and treatment. Needless to say I am very well acquainted with the entire practice at Adler Footcare. During my treatment in 2012, I can say without a doubt I obtained the highest level of expertise and my foot was completely healed! I injured it again last week, and of course I called Dr. Adler right away. He pulled up my file and was able to compare my most recent injury to the last one and make the appropriate recommendations. Dr. Adler also makes sure to have the latest and greatest technology on hand, which most recently included MLS Laser Therapy. After the initial treatment I was able to return to my kickboxing bootcamp that very night — under Dr.‘s orders! I was nervous since I didn’t want to re-​injure my foot, but low and behold, Dr. Adler was right — I was pain free! I trust Dr. Adler’s advice completely and truly value his many years of experience when making important decisions about my well being. Each person who works in his office truly cares and it shows. I continue to refer anyone who needs an expert in the field to visit Dr. Adler. They welcomed me back like I was part of the family and that is a rarity in today’s society!

Dr Adler is very nice and professional. I had a severe ingrown toenail several months ago. After his surgery, now the foot is recovering quite well. I really enjoy his treatment. :)

Attention fellow needle-​phobes and scaredy cats, have I got the podiatrist for you… His name is Dr. Jeffrey Adler and he is an amazing doctor.
I know it’s not very sexy but I recently had a nasty ingrown toenail. I was prolonging going to the doctor for it because I had surgery on one many years ago and it was a traumatizing experience. I vividly remember them taking out a gigantic needle and sticking it right into my toe many times, as if I was a human pincushion. I was about ready to climb the ceilings after that and didn’t think it could get any worse until the doctor proceeded to do the surgery on me when I wasn’t all the way numb. Needless to say, that was not a fun experience whatsoever. I prayed I would never have to go through that again but unfortunately, here I was, almost positive that I needed surgery yet again.
I started Unilocaling podiatrists to see who was well reviewed for this sort of thing and that didn’t help me one bit. I ran across this woman’s descriptive rendition of her ingrown toenail removal experience, which further heightened my anxiety about having this done. I tried to gather enough courage to go do what I really needed to do but I was still unsure of which doctor to choose.
Thanks to a friend of mine on twitter I learned about the best way to go about doing this procedure. He told me about a medical device called the Madajet Injector which is a needle free way to get numb. So let me get this straight, they can actually do what they need to do, minus that part where they stick the huge needle directly into your toe over and over again? Where do I sign? And before I progress, for the record, the person who told me about this was nothing short of a tough guy. He was a former MMA fighter and boxer. He has broken bones and not even flinched. However, he has had the surgery done both the traditional torture way that most podiatrists do it and then once with the Madajet. He told me that he would NEVER have it done again without a Madajet. I was instantly sold. And so began my search.
Much to my surprise, it was not easy to find a doctor that removed ingrown toenails this way and in NYC of all places. I googled needle free podiatry and I was only able to find one podiatrist but he was all the way in Long Island. I decided to call the manufacturer of the Madajet to ask who in NYC had one of their machines. That’s how I discovered Dr. Jeffrey Adler.
I am 100% satisfied with my decision to go to Dr. Adler. He was very patient, understanding, and gentle with me. He’s extremely knowledgable and his bedside manner is great. All of his office staff were extremely warm and comforting. They contributed to make what could have been a total nightmare into something that I was thankful I had gotten done. I was amazed at how easy and pain free it was.
Don’t waste your time with other doctors. Next to none of the rest seem to care that it hurts like hell to have this done the traditional way. I don’t get why. I looked up prices for this simple piece of medical equipment and it doesn’t cost very much. Why the other sadist doctors don’t offer this is beyond me but whatever, their loss.
I am thankful for people like Dr. Adler who go the extra mile to ensure their patients have the best possible experience during something as unpleasurable as having surgery on an ingrown toenail. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Adler for all your podiatry needs.
