I recently renovated my bathroom and worked with Ashley Patterson and Virginia Kaiser after being recommended by a good friend who knows this industry. Ashley and Virginia were simply amazing– patient, great problem solvers and delivered excellent customer service! I now have the bathroom of my dreams– my neighbors come by and are simply, blown away from my Laufen bathroom– which I created with their help! Can’t recommend AFNY and these two exceptional professionals enough!

TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE I would not recommend this company to anyone. You will get significantly better service, product information and pricing from an online company. Do not waste your time nor money here as I sadly did. As all the former Unilocal comments say — they are rude and once they sell you the product — there is no back up. They just brush their hands clean and leave you on your own. I have never been treated so poorly from a company that I gave so much business too.

Terrible service as noted by the others here… We bought over $ 16,000 worth of plumbing products from AF and over $ 7,000 were the wrong order or unusable products. Their Proprietary Davinci brand is very poor quality with finishes that don’t match parts that cannot be installed properly. We have been waiting for over two weeks for Mark Fletcher and the sales person to provide even the most basic information. As an architect, I can tell you that you will get FARBETTER service and support almost anywhere else.

Condescending. They sent me the wrong part, which was only discovered by the plumber who came to my place, who I had to pay although he couldn’t put in what was needed. When I told the salesrep, she said that they would do me a favor by not charging for the shipping on the new part, but that I needed to pay the $ 100 price difference. I argued about this, and she stated«it was human error». I asked to speak to her manager, and she said she would do so herself. The manager agreed with me and I didn’t have to pay the extra.

Although there is a decent high end selection, the salespeople are useless and the management worse. Furthermore, they insist you sign a contract which, basically, cripples you and relinquishes them from any wrongdoing should they mess up. And they do. Rarely have I run into such arrogance and incompetence in so lethal a combination.
