I dealt with Jacques Cohen and I can’t say enough good things about him. He spent about 15 minutes with us asking what we were looking for, and he more than delivered. He showed us 3 apartments, each one in a gorgeous building with fantastic amenities. He had great relationships with the leasing offices in the buildings and knew a lot about the neighborhood. He wasn’t pushy at all, and we didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. If you are looking for a place in the Financial District, I wouldn’t use anyone else. Give Jacques a call.
