I only just moved to Manhattan and wanted to find a place close to Wall Street, but still in a fun part of New York. I looked at over 30 places in a couple of days until I saw a showing by Erica. We walked into the apartment and it was just what I wanted. We were able to put in an offer just a couple hours later and get things going. It was a hassle free process and we were able to focus on moving and hang out in the city. I would recommend Alfred Real Estate to friends looking for well put together apartments in the city.

One word: excellentcustomerservice. Ok, it’s not one word, but you get the point. I went to these guys after wasting days, after days, after days on Craigslist in a mad dash trying to find shelter. I had plenty of food and I was not willing to give up. After going to the big agencies and being snubbed with terrible listings or unreasonable prices, the agents at Alfred real estate got the job done. Highly recommended.
