All Week Walls

I needed a wall in my brooklyn loft so I did my research and noticed that All Week Walls came highly recommended. From start to finish these guys delivered in every which way. They came on time, did a spectacular job building the wall, and best of all left the place spotless. Hands down All Week Walls deserved five plus stars.

We had a totally great experience with All Week Walls. They were on time, finished well ahead of schedule and left our apartment spotless. The walls they put up look beautiful and are totally solid. We got the soundproofing option and it’s working so far – we can finally use our bedroom again while our baby sleeps. Seriously, nothing but good things to say about these guys.

I recently moved into a new apartment. My roommate and I decided to get a temporary wall so we can create a third room for a potential roommate. One of the good things about this company is that they also open on the weekend. My roommate and I both have a full-​time job and we are only available on the weekend so it worked out. Overall, their service was great and reasonable. They were punctual and did a great job on installing the walls.

In order to be in line with assessment guidelines and regulations, we needed a few pressurized walls at work. We reached out to All Week Walls and got ahold of Donny. He was insanely helpful, and walked us through what the entire process would look like. We wanted to ensure that no permanent damage was left behind (as we do not own the space), and he assured us that there would be none.
The prices were super reasonable, and we got the ball moving in a matter of days. Now, the walls are up, and Donny told us to call them when we’re ready to have them removed. I’m so surprised by how real they look. Like, seriously … these walls look like they’ve been there for years, and once we take them down, it’ll seem like the ultimate magic trick.
I’m here for this place. They’re super nice, super efficient, and flexible and accommodating. I’d highly recommend. We loved Donny and his team, and we’ll definitely be recommending them to neighboring organizations.

DO NOT USE this company. Dennis, the man I initially spoke with, was a very nice and accommodating person and I had high hopes for the job. However, when I needed Donny, the project manager, to complete documentation for my building, not only was the documentation done sloppily with mistakes everywhere, but when I brought this to his attention, he took it all very personally and screamed at me like a child, instead of simply figuring out the documents. He then threw insults at me and threatened to walk away from the job unless I gave full payment upfront (having no relation to anything). The unprofessionalism here is astounding — there are so many wall companies — save yourself the headache and go somewhere – anywhere else.

I am a real estate agent in Manhattan and I specialize in the rental market. Since the Manhattan rents are so high, I always recommend my clients convert rooms into bedrooms. This brings the cost of living down tremendously. All Week Walls is the only company that I recommend because they always take care of my clients. Thier well priced, always professional, and do quality work.

I really didn’t know what to expect from calling them but I had this massive room for a living room and not proper office in my flat and wanted to see if they had a workable solution. They helped me pick out the style of wall that would work best and the positioning. The set up was not intrusive and the guys were great. They also mentioned they would take the wall down free of charge whenever I want. This is probably this best idea NYC has ever had for a flat.

My experience with All Week Walls was a great one. The employees who were dispatched to assemble and deconstruct the pressurized wall were respectful and worked diligently to complete their tasks thoroughly and efficiently. The crews cleaned up any mess that was made both during assembly and deconstruction.
The wall itself was of the highest quality when it comes to pressurized walls in NYC. I personally was sleeping in the bedroom that the pressurized wall was put up to make, and my roommate would have friends over with the TV on high volume and I was able to sleep through it, despite being a light sleeper. Often times, guests would be in shock when I explained that the wall was, in fact, «temporary» because of how high quality it was.
If you are moving into an apartment in NYC and need a pressurized wall constructed, look no further than here and you will have a stress free experience that will leave you with privacy, comfort and peace of mind.

Asked for a quote online, got an email back quickly and called the number listed to get more info. Donny was rude on the phone and unwilling to help out. It almost seemed as if I was doing him a favor by asking for the company’s business. He was unprofessional and rude — refusing to talk with my new management company, getting frustrated when I didn’t know the complete process for putting up pressurized walls and then only grudgingly explaining the process to me. His irritable attitude cost them business today as I will be looking elsewhere for a pressurized wall. Sorry, Donny, maybe you should learn how to talk to prospective customers in a more friendly manner. ;)

I did a pretty comprehensive review of wall-​installation companies, and this one by far was the cheapest in price and the most available at a short notice. Those are the only two data points you know when you are comparing difference places… you know nothing about quality, how quickly they do it, etc.
They showed up on when they said they would, and also did the work quickly and quietly. I worked from home at the time so I needed to take calls while they were working… and it was not a problem at all.
On top of all of that… I needed the wall taken down on shorter notice than is usually provided (i think 30 day notice is necessary, I think I gave less than 20)…and they still came on time perfectly and made it happen on the right day and time.
Go for this, they are great!

Great service, reasonable price, totally happy with what we got — only wish we had called Donny sooner! His crew put up a temporary door to close off a hallway in our apt so that our baby doesn’t wake up our toddler if she cries at night — picture a typical distribution of space in a cramped NY apartment. The door really curbs the sound coming from the living room (where baby sleeps). I think we will all be sleeping more as a result of this. Very grateful to All Week Walls!

Great price, quality, and communication. Donny was very helpful in the planning and pricing stage, and Freddy went above and beyond to make sure that we were 100% happy with it. The new room looks great, and I would highly recommend AWW to anyone looking to put up a temporary wall.

At a moment’s notice, I found out from my building’s management company that I was being mandated to remove an unpermitted wall, and was allowed to install a new ‘temporary’ dividing wall. Donny bent over backwards to help with the nightmarish and unreasonable management company, getting insurance documents on multiple occasions, sending unprecedented correspondence and overall just dealing with the headache. He did so professionally and quickly.
His team was also well coordinated, neat and skilled. The old wall came down no prob, and the new one was up and painted in no time. They were kind and respectful, and I give a double thumbs up for a hard-​working team.

I used All Week Walls to put up two walls in my living room and they did a fantastic job. The walls are extremely sturdy and look great in my apartment. The company is extremely professional and the workers were very friendly as well. I’d highly recommend using them.

Used this place to rectify my living situation in a cramped «one bedroom» in Forest Hills, where the «one bedroom» is actually a glorified closet.
Initially skeptical because I found out about this place from a co-​worker who also recommended Taco King to me as a «great place to eat.» BUT, after a surprisingly pleasant phone call with a rep/​admin assistant, the wall guys came over two days later, as scheduled.
The AWW team were a few guys who took about a day and a half to properly (meaning, including sound-​proofing), install the pressurized wall in my and my roommates’ living room — this is about the standard time for such an installation, according to my acquaintances (and Google).
While they were there, they were polite and tried not to make a mess. The wall ended up being soundproof and wallpapered according to instructions. The wallpaper point was particularly important for me and my roommates since our entire apartment is wallpapered professionally.
All in all, I recommend AWW to anyone in NYC with some privacy or any other issues. Just do your research and always keep your eyes open, as with any other service — especially one in your home.

I moved into a small studio apartment with my girlfriend about a year ago and we’ve been dealing with a weird situation where our living room, bedroom, and kitchen all run together into one giant room. Not great for entertaining, which we like to do often.
Last week we had All Week Walls install a temporary wall with a sliding door to create a bedroom space. It’s amazing. It completely changed our layout so we can entertain guests and even have our relatives stay over instead of getting a hotel room.
Most importantly for us, they were reasonably priced AND FAST.

These guys were great! Very professional and an extremely competitive price. I called them at night time (10:00 pm) for the next morning and they helped me the next day at 9am! Would definitly recommend. This is one of my 5 Unilocal reviews ever written, and I felt this company was definitly worth me writing a nice comment about them.

When All Week Walls came in last April to install our wall, they did a fantastic job. We had an odd situation with our building and they were completely flexible and helpful in navigating it… even coming back to finish the work when our super said we couldn’t use the elevator!
Now that we are having the wall taken down, they have been even more helpful. I lost the contract paperwork and couldn’t get in touch with them until 2.5 weeks before the wall had to be removed. When I got in touch with Donny, with a week’s notice, he shifted things to come in and get my wall removed with just three days notice. He was accommodating and very helpful — I’m very appreciative!

I just received a call from Donny. He stated his business is suffering because of my negative review and wanted to know what he could do to have me remove it from Unilocal.I explained that I offered his company the opportunity to rectify my concerns during the installation, instead I was insulted and accused of complaining just to get a discount.
I told Donny that there was nothing they could do at this point. He then told me that he had all of my information, knew where I lived and that there would be retribution. It seems this company is severely mis-​managed if they not only ignore customer concerns but now make threats to individuals. I’ll be contacting the authorities for their advice in the morning. The number I was called from is the same number in Donny’s email signature which I included in my previous post. I’d suggest staying away from this business.
