Andrew Marc Leathers

I bought a Bomber jacket from Andrew Marc years ago. The style is so timeless that I still love it and find it gorgeous as a go to jacket.
Unfortunately after wearing it for years, with normal wear and tear, the zipper broke off. I was so lucky that customer service at Andrew Marc was so nice to immediately sent me a replacement zipper.
Jessica, from customer service, helped me and I was so appreciative. She told me she understands the importance of prolonging the life of a favorite jacket in need of a little TLC. Super sweet! I really appreciated her help.
This customer service experience is highly indicative of the quality they put not only in their Jackets but also in hiring extraordinary people who value their customers and show they truly care. Jessica took the time to understand my needs and was extremely kind and caring.

I just ordered a bunch of stuff from Andrew Marc’s on-​line store and I have to say that I am so happy!
Number one; they now have dresses and these dresses are the MOST beautiful articles of clothing I have ever owned!
And then, oh my new Suede jacket? I don’t want to ever take it off. I mean it. It’s so soft and beautiful! I could literally sleep in it!
I have an other leather jacket from them for like the last 7 years and it is made SO well! It still looks almost brand-​y new and I have worn it to death! I would NEVER get anything leather from any one else than Andrew Marc!
