They’re inexpensive and most of the time you don’t really deal with anyone because it’s just once a week, pick up the trash and so long as that happens no issue… But trying to get ahold of them for any customer service is always a nightmare. Be prepared to leave several messages and not get called back. When I moved, they didn’t pick up the cans with the last pick-up as planned. Not huge issues but a pain in the ass to have to worry about it when you have a million other things on yor plate.

Best trash service in town. Every so often I forget to take trash to curb and they come up my driveway and get it anyway. Seriously best service in Manhattan.

This is a family owned and operated business. We have been treated in such a kind manner and are happy customers. They offer trash and recycling pick up. They offer several discounts, including a military discount and well as online payments. Very convenient. The lovely lady that normally answers the phone is so nice and answers any question we have with kindness. Even when we were new to the area and seemingly calling every other day, she was professional and friendly. Highly recommend this family owned business!
