Baby Bubbles

I went into Baby Bubbles location a few weeks back to inquire about having a stroller cleaned. I didnt have it with me, but when I told them it had some stains, they told me I should just buy a new stroller. What kind of cleaning service is this? They refuse to clean things with stains!?? The person was rude to me and dismissive of my questions when I asked if they could even try. I ended up taking my stroller to Tot Squad in Midtown that afternoon and they got all the stains out! I guess Baby Bubbles just didnt want my business.

Amazing service! My stroller came back looking brand new and it was so easy they pick it up and drop it off. Customer service was excellent will definitely use again!

We have been sending out daughter’s laundry in ever since our washing machine broke down a few weeks ago. We will keep sending her washing in because the service is great, thorough and BB have a very quick turnaround time. The rates are good and the staff friendly, everything is tied up in ribbons according to clothing type, we can choose our preferred detergent… So pleased that we discovered BB!

I will start by saying I have not used the services they offer, and I will never use them. A few days ago one of their employees made unwanted explicit sexual comments to me at 5:45 am when I was walking my dog while getting uncomfortably close to me. I have e-​mailed the owner and he has taken no action to fix this matter, he actually called this employee «has had an exemplary record with all of our clients and employees». This man, was wearing baggy clothes, looked unclean and clearly had unclean thoughts and was very comfortable walking up to me and saying inappropriate things. I assume he was under the influence of drugs while at work. How could anyone let this man into their home when children are present?

«This morning, February 17^th, when I was walking my dog at 5:45 am there was a baby bubbles wan outside my apartment complex. Next to this van there was a man who started walking closer and closer to me and my dog, making inappropriate comments about my looks and what he would like to do. I said nothing back to this man and walked across the street where he continued to stare at me. He then got in the baby bubbles van and turned the lights and engine on, like he was going to leave. When i crossed the street to go back into my apartment building (he was parked right in front of it, 235 east 83^rd) he got out of the van and started throwing coins at the trash cans in front of him. He watched me as I entered my building and made me feel completely uncomfortable and afraid.
I believe this behavior is inappropriate and if this company employs such people then the company itself is no better than its weakest link.
I would like to hear back from you about how you will deal with this situation as soon as possible.»
No action has been taken as of today, February 20, 2016. I plan on having mace on me from now, and I will report this company.

Amazing 24 hour turn around service. Baby girl barfed in her car seat and that was the last straw. Thought I’d need a new car seat but used his service which was outstanding. Both my stroller and car seat came back like brand new. Also the straps in my stroller were all FUBAR but they fixed them too. Give them a try!

To be fair, I didn’t get a chance to use Baby Bubbles’ services because I moved to Hoboken after I found out we were expecting (after living in Manhattan all my life!). My husband and I purchased a second hand Uppababy Vista in great condition but with all the baby stains you would expect.
I reached out to Baby Bubbles to see if they just might come rescue me in Hoboken. They wrote back immediately and while they don’t pick up/​drop off there (can’t blame them, getting through the tunnels is gruesome), they referred me to a business in Hoboken that does the same thing. As an emotionally fragile, 6.5 month pregnant lady, their quick response and willingness to point me towards another business brought little tears of pregnant joy to my eyes. How professional and kind! My husband and I do secretly plan to move back to the Island (fingers crossed!) while we are still in the Little Kid stages of life, and when/​if we do I’ll be so happy to get to use Baby Bubbles for real.

Excellent! Gave new life to hand-​me-​down stroller and accessories we are going to use. Came pretty raggedy from storage, and after Baby Bubbles is clean and refreshed. Fantastic customer service; really enjoyed dealing with them, particularly Seth (very kind, honest, informative and patient). Timing and pick up/​drop off was excellent and effortless on my end. Plenty of options for cleaning and detergent. Realistic and good prices. Definitely recommend and will use again!

5 stars is not enough! Baby Bubbles cleaned our Bugaboo Donkey, and we really put them to the test. We have twin girls who are 21 months, and they’ve really put the stroller through the ringer. It came back to us looking BRAND NEW!!! I really couldn’t have been more pleased. And Seth was amazing to work with. He scheduled me for the day and time that I needed, came to get the stroller from me at 830am and had it back with my doorman by 4p. I couldn’t believe how great the service and the product was. And the pricing was great too! I will definitely be using them again!

If I had the opportunity to give Baby Bubbles 10 stars, I would! Our daughter’s car seat was so filthy that we were at a crossroads whether it was even worth trying to clean it or just buy a new one. We came across the Baby Bubbles service and decided to give it a try as a cleaning was way cheaper then purchasing a new car seat. I wrote an initial email inquiry and received an answer back within moments, the correspondence couldn’t have been nicer and everything was arranged to come to our Brooklyn apartment (a bit of a shlep!) to pick up, clean and deliver the car seat back to us. All I can say is WOW. The car seat was pristine. I don’t believe it was as sparkling when we first got it and took it out of the box! I am SO thrilled to have discovered this incredible service and would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who has a car seat that needs to get cleaned. Looking forward to getting my stroller cleaned next!
