Best experience ever. Great customer service. People working there are professional and understand how we need our eyebrows waxing and facials are great. Babita is the best.

I’ve never written a review, good or bad before. However, I feel it’s important to warn people: Do NOT go to either Beauty Spa Zone locations (they’re also located at 564 Amsterdam Ave, NYC, 10 024) for eyelash extensions.
Cheap lashes were applied with a strong glue directly to the skin. There was a thick strip on each eyelid which created a look that was unnatural. Moreover it hurt! Every time I blinked it felt as though a row of needles were pricking my lid. They were uncomfortable from the get go and when I mentioned it, I was told I’d get used to it.

The next morning my lids were swollen and red. The pricking felt worse. I went back to the salon to have them removed. Their eyelash person wasn’t there so I had to go to the other location. It was a painstaking process and they gave me a really hard time when I asked for a refund. In fact, they gave me a hard time the entire time I was there. Telling me I must be allergic, they can’t give me a refund, etc.
Eventually, after standing firm, I did get my money back, but my eyelids are still healing. I wasn’t allergic it was just a botched job. Long story long, Beauty Spa Zone had bad customer service and provided a treatment that ended up being a medical danger.
