When I began my journey with Michele at Beyond Body Mind Spirit, I expected to grow through guidance as a young professional. I never imagined how much she could help my personal growth. Though I encounter many personalities daily, I have never met someone who listens how Michele listens. When working with her, I was often surprised how her sensible feedback showed me wonderful new ways of interpreting situations, which led to one of my favorite lessons: seeing the world differently… wow. She communicates in ways that is so clear and has taught me other huge lessons –ones I now use daily. For example, when it comes to anxiety management, Michele has been a life saver. She knew how to push me to first recognize and then actually change anxious habits that didn’t serve me. Michele taught me how to find peace when I’m overcome with anxiety(a problem many people struggle with). Michele pulls pages from her personal book when she teaches about authenticity. Thanks to her, I see that it’s the only way to be. It’s not only fair to those around me but more importantly it’s only fair to me. Although it seemed like I was protecting myself and others, being 100% true is more loving and a beautiful thing. In my life-long quest for confidence, Michele helped me make great headway. When we began working together, Michele invited me to be on her TV Show that airs monthly on The Manhattan Neighborhood Network. Initially I emphatically rejected the offer claiming«I’m more of the behind-the-scenes type» and«I’m not confident enough to be on TV.» Michele took up the challenge. By teaching me about the fascinating world of neurological path ways using basic examples and analogies, she helped me overcome old obstacles. Participated in the 30 Days MORE Self Care. It is a terrific program that offered a lot for the low price(2 private sessions, 4 group sessions, yoga, meditation, weekly articles and food). I had 24⁄7 support through email and phone. This program actually helped me forgive myself for regrets, move forward in life, be more happy/positive, be confident with myself, IMPROVED my relationships with friends, family and coworkers, helped get rid of stress and improved my overall health. Michele is wonderful and understanding. She has a lot to offer and tweaks the program to each individual’s life.
