I spent the past summer in New York for business.
I needed a short term rental and luckily found Big Apple Living.
Affordable units for short term with great responsive team.
Highly recommended!

Big Apple Living helped me to find a conveient and safe short-​term stay. I searched amongst Flat Club, AirBNB, Extended Stay America, and other places. Big Apple Living was very responsive and always replied immediately to any inquiries I had. Eli was my host and was extremely helpful as well as responsive. There was one incident where the shower-​bar broke and of course shower-​curtain fell. Eli sent his team immediately to help me get a new one and replace it. His team was very fast and accomodating to my busy work-​schedule.
Their locations are also very safe as well as convenient. I have had a great experience so far and would recommend Big Apple Living as well as the host Eli to anybody looking for a short-​term stay.

I moved to the city over the summer and was looking for an apartment uptown when i came across these guys, the experience was great!
The apartment was super spacious and kept clean.
The process; paper work etc’, was stress free and very efficient.
But even more, the staff was always there when i needed something ANY TIME OF THE DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK!
This company is run by a group of solid professionals that will do anything to answer all the needs of each and every tenant!
A+ in my book!

Big apple living saved my life when I first moved to the city. I moved thinking I had a place to live only to find out it was a scam and I was homeless. I reached out to them and I was moved in within a few days. Just moved out so unless something happens with my security deposit, no complaints !

Unilocal needs update their website to give «No star»
THE worst management. You get email about rent due one week before 1^st of every month and followed up automatic emails says «please ignore if you already pay» I don’t blame about it because it’s standard procedures everywhere. However, if they have to pay you (Security Deposit) don’t even think that you get a reply. You have to follow-​up at least a 1000 times. All of their apartments has flaws, you don’t know who is the actual owner’s of the apartments they rent out. Some random (just not one but a few different people) people come to your apartment and say «Hey, I’m owner of this building, you can’t use the balcony, you can’t do this, you can’t do that «etc.
Apartments don’t follow NYC fire departments rules and worst cleaning service. You don’t know why you are paying for cleaning at the same time you clean the apartment once in a while (I’m talking about common areas, you are responsible for your room). Problem with electric ports, bulbs that go-​off often and they never care to fix and you’ve to live in dark, They never care about clogging sinks, They never care about if your heater is working or not, They provide space heaters and they expect you to pay more for electricity and if you don’t pay you won’t see the amount on you security deposit. The B word is not enough especially for the Lady Staff here. They are the worst to deal with. Never think to go through big apple. I know it’s hard to find an apartment in the city but you better choose other options if you don’t want ruin your life.
