While the service was good, the manager was pretty deceptive by telling me I could return anything within 30 days. What he didn’t say was that it was only for store credit so I was pretty shocked when I came back the next day and couldn’t get a refund. Not happy and feel cheated.

The manager here is very helpful and charming! He always makes on point recommendations for clothes you might not have considered trying on. I also get a 10% student discount on my purchases. Small but great store, located near Urban and the subway.

While I still like the clothes, what a change three years make! The sales guy knew more than his female manager. Her pain was palpable when ringing me up. Sure, it was July 4^th, but it was five pm, not midnight and I was the only customer in the store. I felt sorry for her male employee, too. He should have been the manager.
Also, after I presented my «google» discount, unfortunately for me, I waited to check my receipt until I returned home, and you guessed it – it was forgotten. And the discount was significant! So I had to call the store and THIS manager knew exactly about whom I was speaking. Then I was instructed to call head office, and in the end, my clothes went on sale online, anyway. No, they didn’t honour the price adjustment even if the tags were still in tact and my clothes were still in the bag.
The moral: the clothes are cute and unique to the east, but just shop online to get the lowest price possible and avoid all of the hassles entirely, unless you are dying for that dress or top «now». If you live close by, go into the store to try them on first.
A funny note: I found one of my dresses in the exact same material (but not as cute) at H and M for about ¹⁄₈^th of the price. No word of a lie. Double burn.

Even though this location is small, they have excellent service. I brought my Brooklyn Industries bag in because it was falling apart. The manager here was extremely helpful, and they honored the warranty. My bag was repaired, and the service is excellent!
