Burger King

One of the nicer looking BK (meaning there is no homeless people trolling around asking for money). They have an upstairs with additional seating near the cashier in the back which is a bit obstructed from view. I came here recently with my coworker for lunch and it wasn’t very busy. They had someone directing people where to go but honestly, there were 5 people who were just waiting for their food. That guy would have been more useful in the back making the food. Our cashier was super nice and polite (must be the first day on the job: P). The food took a decent amount of time and it was meh. The sandwiches were super salty and tasted… different. I might go back again but not for a while.

Received a burger instead of a Original Chicken sandwich, took it back for my actual order and still did not get what I ordered…

Very busy location. Expedient service. Bathroom is guarded literally and for paying customers only! After being a BK customer for 40+ years, I had to buy a water to use THIS facility. I have not made up my mind but this $ 2.38 bottle of water may be the last purchase I ever make in a Burger King anywhere. Too bad, that’s a lot of future revenue to pay for a bathroom.

It’s Burger King, a fast food joint and I went around smack in the middle of lunch rush around 1230−1pm~
The cashier that was helping me was AMAZINGLY helpful.
I had just downloaded the app so I can get some coupons, but being in NYC most of us are ordering for 2 or more of our staffs. The coupon was only one per customer type of deal and the cashier let me know, but also told me how to by pass it~
The chicken sandwiches came out super fast. almost too fast, but the burger took a good 15 min. which actually made me happy because that meant they were cooking to order.
I will definitely be back, most of the staff seemed super friendly and they were all very helpful.
As soon as the rush slowed a bit, everyone was making sure customer’s weren’t waiting too long for their food.
I must say I will definitely recommend this location to any of my friends.
I salute the manager for the awesome training for your staff.

My French colleague Genevieve laughed off the idea of going to a Burger King. «I would rather eat your feces between a croissant!» she snarled at me. She can be incredibly smug at times. In my lifetime I have encountered a wide variety of hamburgers and very few can claim a monarchy, such as the Burger «King» has done. With much prodding (and a carafe or two of rosé) she joined me in a journey into Burger King.
We entered into the Burger King located on Fashion Avenue. The blue sign with a boisterous font seemed out of place with the higher end stores of the area. Genevieve, perhaps a little drunk, swung open the doors and started bowing down to one of the employees mopping the floor. «Ah and you must be the prince! How pleasant it is to meet such a handsome one as yourself.» This employee seemed rightfully confused.
I dragged Genevieve over to the counter where we decided together to try a whopper and chicken fries (a fascinating creation!). As the cashier handed us our receipt Genevieve grabbed him by his collar. «Where is the king!» she groaned for the entire restaurant to hear, «I must speak to him immediately.» The cashier proceeded to give her a cardboard king hat. «You cannot quiet me you coward,» Genevieve yelled at our innocent cashier, «serfdom will soon see its last days under your tyrannical rule!»
I quickly rushed her to our booth in the back of the store to keep her as far away from the employees as possible. It had become apparent that my dear friend was heavily alcohol induced. While we waited for our food, the manager approached us to see if we were ok. «And so the king has risen from his grave! Raping women and pillaging towns, it is amazing how you have time to reach out to the peasantry such as I!» Genevieve had now stirred commotion amongst the entire patronage. I somehow convinced the manager that she was about her wits and he let us be.
The food came to our table and both of us indulged in Burger King’s whopper. Genevieve spit out her first bite in disgust and stuck a chicken fry in her nose. I took a few bites of each item and agreed with my temporarily deranged comrade. This establishment showed zero respect for the kingdoms before it. The burger was flimsier than a diving board in a community pool and the chicken fingers, a crafty idea, looked more appropriate in my friend’s nose.

Customer Service is horrendous! !!!

This Burger King is very clean, bright, and has a nice layout. The staff member who took my order was very nice, too. Aside from that, the food was pretty bad. Not that I expect food from Burger King to actually taste good or have quality, but relative to other Burger Kings, the food here needs work. The fries were extremely hot for some reason, far hotter than they usually are when I order elsewhere. They also did not taste too great (compared to BK fries in general). I also had a Cinnabon, but couldn’t really taste it; the flavor was somewhat lacking.

Yes, this is a Burger King — but considering the location, this is a surprisingly good Burger King.
Wandering around for a quick and cheap meal (yes, «cheap» in Manhattan is hard to come by), we decided to just do Burger King because it didn’t look as crowded as other locations in this area.
Upon walking in, there was limited seating and only single counter areas — but we soon realized there was a second floor to spread to, so we ordered. The staff was surprisingly pleasant which you don’t find too often in Manhattan and in fast food locations in general. We ordered our meal and paid the high end for it (we already knew we’d be overpaying). There was a «security» guard down there who likes to stare a lot, but whatever floats his boat.
We went upstairs after we got our food and noticed how clean it was. There was more than enough room to spread around to and a few decent window areas. There is a 30 minute limit to which you can sit and eat, but that’s understandable considering the location. Twice during our time up there, the guy who cleans wiped the tables and cleaned the bathrooms — something you hardly ever see anywhere else. The food was typical Burger King of course, but it’s still better than McDonald’s…slightly.
So, if you’re in the area and want a quick fix for a meal, this is not a bad location at all. Considering that I’ve been to several stand alone Burger Kings in the past, this was pretty much better than them and that is really saying something.

I have mixed reviews about this new Burger King location.
What I like about this location is the 2^nd floor seating. It’s very hip and modern, and not to mention, clean. There’s also a bit of a view of the street and people walking by, which is nice. However, the 1^st floor is a total mess. It’s cramped and noisy. I wish there was a way to go straight to the 2^nd floor and order from there.
As far as the food, it’s typical Burger King, so dont’ expect any more, or any less.

Tucked away on 7^th Ave, this is not your typical Burger King in terms of atmosphere. Very clean and modern inside with countertop seating along both sides. Same menu as normal BKs and above avg service.

Bizarre. First BK I’ve ever been to with table service. Grab a number sign, put it on your table– a runner brings up the food, and someone puts your bag on a serving tray with dipping ketchup, and even mayo options. Its cool and I appreciate the fact they’ve hired so many people (5 upstairs) for just maybe 20 tables, but seems over the top. Less can be more in this case. Nonetheless, food was well prepped and prices are in line with midtown manhattan.

Where am I? Did I fall into some rip in the time-​space continuum when I crossed 7^th Avenue? Or am I really having a nice meal, waiter service included, at a Burger King in Midtown?
Oh my goodness! I felt like I was in a full-​service restaurant with waiter service. I was motioned upstairs with my receipt, saying that my food would be brought to me. It took me a few times to realize they wanted me to wait up there (I kept saying, «I don’t have my food yet!»)
When I got upstairs, I was met with a smiling army of workers who greeted me, walked me to my seat, introduced me to my tablemate (it was lunch time, and we were each a party of 1, so they needed to conserve space). They brought my food out, checked on me, and thanked me as I left.
This was my first visit to BK in over 6 months. I don’t visit often because nothing about the experience stands out, except for the usual lingering guilt about eating fast food. But because of the «BK Experience,» you’ve landed back on my mind as a viable lunch option, and I am sure to return very soon (and recommend the experience to anyone who’ll listen!). Please keep this option available at this location!

Worst BK on planet Earth. Not sure what other galaxies are like but hopefully those BKs don’t include 5 employees standing around while the line becomes a human centipede. Happens every time here. JANK.

It’s Burger King. What can go wrong?

While this may not be saying much it is still true, this is THE best Burger King I have ever been to.
At first I didn’t know what was going on since it was cleaner than any other BK I have sometimes had the misfortune of walking into, then they blew my mind again by handing me a table sign after I ordered. Why did they give me a table sign? Because I was told to go upstairs and someone would bring the food to me? What is going on? Did Fudruckers open up in mid town? How do I get this service at my local BK?
To make the situation better (stranger?) when I walked upstairs to take a seat I was met by a hostess who sat me at a table then after I finished eating my delivered food someone came by a bussed my table.
The food itself was BK, I have had issues with other BK’s in the city and the quality of their fries and buns seem to be inconsistent but this place was top notch.
My only issue was I didn’t know that I was walking into a fancy BK, because of that I didn’t tip anyone, was I supposed to tip my server? I will have to look into this before I go back.

Been coming here to use the free wifi since company internet has been down.
Can come in and use and plenty of sitting as there is large sitting area upstairs (but only open from 11am-​11pm). Felt bad for just using their internet so been buying little things to munch on while working.
Actually, very clean for a fast food restaurant.
Negative was the food. Cinnabons were ATROCIOUS. Dry and disgusting.
Bought $ 1 icecream– not bad, but weirdly kept tasting chocolate in the icecream… Ew.
Tried oatmeal and watery more than anything. Meh, but what do I expect out of fast food chain? (Actually McDonald’s oatmeal tastes better)
Overall, 3 because not bad place to just sit and relax a little. Not too loud (not any louder than starbucks around the corner– if anything it’s quieter. Clean, pretty good service and free wifi. Not bad.

1. Long line moved relatively quickly a few minutes before 1PM
2. Cashier/​order taker kind enough to read the value menu when I couldn’t make it out.
3. Food arrived quickly as it should.
4. Food was hot and fresh.
