Charles Jason Lore has helped me more that I thought possible, and I’m writing this while being able to testify that I have currently been approved for my Green Card with Mr. Lore as my attorney. I’ve been a freelance performance artist for 9 years now in the U.S., formally from Canada, and after helping receive me my my third O-​1 visa a few years ago, he encouraged me to believe that I could apply for my green card. Mr. Lore came recommended to me from a colleague originally from Germany with a similar freelance career of whom also achieved receiving her Green Card with his expertise. He became my third immigration lawyer that i’ve hired after two rounds of dreadful experiences applying for O-​1 Visas. I am ever so grateful that I finally found him, because frankly, the whole procedure can be very overwhelming if you don’t have an attorney who takes the time to really understand your case. Once I started working with the Law Office of Charles Jason Lore, I had nothing but seamless experiences and successful petitions ever since. I highly recommend him to any one looking for a professional and promising immigration Lawyer!

Horrible. Very irresponsible. A flake. A lier. Charles Jason Lore made so many serious mistakes in my paperwork. And he destroyed the good chance of my case and several friends’ of mine.
After I signed with him, I sent him my materials and tried to reach him again and again (It was very hard to reach him after he took the money), and on the 6^th month, I found out that no one in his office knew who was handling my case. I had to call and visit his office everyday to ask them to work on my case. It was a pure nightmare. In the end, an intern did my case. And he quitted the firm right after he submitted my petition. And no one informed me anything. I heard about it only because that intern sent me a personal email.
And after my petition got rejected, I found a new lawyer. And my new lawyer told me that there had been at least 7, 8 new clients going to her for help in the past few months after being fucked up by Charles Jason Lore.

Mr. Lore was recommended to assist me in securing a visa for a guest worker. He seemed to know what he was doing, accepted and cashed my checks and appeared to file papers.
When the time came to receive word on the state’s decision (October 2013) Mr Lore became impossible to get a hold of. As of february 2014, I have on occasion been able to get Mr lore on the phone by calling from a phone with different caller id than my own; if I do get him on the phone, Mr. Lore has an excuse as to why he can’t access my file and says he must call me back. He never calls back.
I have engaged a new attorney to restart the process and Mr. Lore refuses to take or return the calls of my new attorney. I have filed a grievance with the NY bar association and I am weighing my options to recoup the thousands I paid Mr. Lore in legal and state fees. my advice is DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER, IN MY CASE, TOOK MY MONEY BUT DID NOT PROVIDE OR FOLLOW THROUGH ON SERVICES.
Additional Info as of December 2014 — Mr. Lore is under review by the NY Bar Association in regards to his handling of this case. I believe this fact adds to the validity of my review and experience. I advise you to not engage in any business with the Attorney.
