I will never go this place again. The cashier didn’t know how to price the taste two Manu. I only got 4inch sandwich and she paid me $ 7.19 for ½ steak Gorgonzola melt sandwich. I complained about the price and what she answered is i didn’t make the price. Since i don’t want to waste my time, I just left this place. but it I’m not happy to pay that much money for this small price of the 4 inch sandwich.

The service started off well as I walked to the salad bar this young man did a great job as far as making sure my needs were met. When I got to the cashier Mariam made sure to kill the positive experience I was having. First off she was on her white Samsung smart phone texting away and not paying attention. Then she grabs my salad and drops it into the brown paper bag and of course the lid popped open she then threw my fork and knife in as well as. I then gave her a look to see if she was okay, she jiggled are you kidding me! She then forced to grab my credit card and went back to her texting as my receipt printed, I was gonna lose it and make a scene but my hunger was killing me. How is it possible that a ghetto person with no soft skills is behind a cash register? I promise you I will never return did I Say never, I should have just gone to just salad. At least they understand customer service. #Cosi #getCosi #RudeService

After chili and a sandwich I got the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had from this location. Service was a mess and clearly the entire location could use a disinfectant. Needless to say I’m finished with the entire Cosi chain.

Like the typical Cosi except the ordering and payment lines are confusing. The lines go a bit fast on some days. The staff is friendly at times — but they do say they will do things and don’t follow through — I am still waiting for my bleu cheese on the side. I prefer the Cosi at the 23rd and 6th Avneue location.

A great location as Cosi goes. Ample seating, fast-moving line, and super friendly team behind the counter. Also, lots of freshly baked bread all day which they dole our generous samples of while you wait. Recently, they did an initiative for free sandwiches on Fri in November o. Behalf of charity, which was off the hook awesome.

I’m honestly not a Cosi fan, but I am a fan of free food. Had a coupon and came here for lunch one day. The line moved quickly and there was someone to direct you since there are different lines depending on what you want(salad, sandwich). My Cosi club was thrown together quickly and efficiently. After paying, we noticed there aren’t many seats at this location. I would suggest to bring back to the office or go to Bryant park to eat. The sandwich was good, but for the size, it’s not worth $ 10.

We have never been to a Cosi location before, but decided to try it out. We ordered two Panini type sandwiches and both were delicious. The food was very fresh, the employees very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. The little bag of kettle chips you get with the sandwich are just«okay» as I’ve had better, but as that isn’t a main part of the meal for me, it doesn’t affect my review in anyway. 4 stars is excellent for Chain restaurant food, so I’d definitely recommend it to you. Overall, good job! Would definitely return to this chain!

Great sandwich no complaints on that. My issue is with the staff. Very unprofessional, and acting like the restaurant is their personal playground.

I like the food. Menu could need some change every so often. However the location needs a better system on where to stand to place the order, wait and pay for your order. The staff hussles. They are working. But the mapping of where the customers stand causes so much traffic.

Blah. At least the coffee and service is. There is a free coffee promotion and all the employees are angry about it since there are long lines. Sadly, the coffee is nothing special at all. Probably won’t be back after the promotion runs out. Had iced coffee that was nothing special and pretty weak. Then had the regular hot coffee and that was okay, but the lid they use is not comfortable at all. Only way to drink the coffee is to make a noise that the people sitting next to you love hearing.

Great Food! I love Cosi and have been to so many different ones across the country. All of them are different in the ways they take order, but the food is always consistent and the same everywhere. The staff was accomodating. They even brought it to my table as it was piping hot from the oven. Definitely will keep on coming.

The worst customer service. The employees are too busy talking to each other. The worker had to ask what my order was FOUR times before he finally remembered.

Tried their cappuccino chia shot and was disappointed a bit. Low-fat necessarily doesn’t need to be tasteless!

Cosi has been in and out of my lunch/quick dinner rotation since 2001. I’m a fan of their Tandoori Chicken and Turkey & Brie Sandwiches. I decided to try the Tuscan Pesto Chicken Sandwich, which is just okay. The chicken could definitely use more pesto. I had a great customer service experience at this location. There was a bit of a wait to have my sandwich made(I must have caught them in between trying to make sandwiches and warm the bread). My server was immediately apologetic and cut me a warm piece of bread as soon as it came out of the oven. Even a gesture as small as that shows how you care for your customers, so thank you!

The staff at this Cosi, at least when we went, have definitely checked out already. Our food wasn’t made very well and they took forever to make it. They were also kind of rude and yelling at each other while we were waiting for our food. I’ve been to other Cosi restaurants that were much better than this one so if you’re going to go, maybe pick a different location. Also, when we were there one of the employees was throwing out A TON of raw dough that apparently had been made but never cooked. It was probably at least $ 100 in uncooked dough and with the number of homeless people in the city, you would think they would cook it and donate it, or even donate it raw to a shelter to cook instead of just throwing it all out.

This Cosi is hit or miss. What I like about it is that it’s not a «fake restaurant» Cosi, with the table service and the like. What I don’t like is the confusing way things are handled. You can tell people are trying, but the way the place is set up, plus everything else makes it a little frustrating and confusing. There are two seperate lines for sandwiches and salads, which is good, but sometimes people don’t even know where to stand to get to the counter. Sometimes they have a person standing there to take your order, to kind of make it more efficient, but it isnt. I usually just take my ticket after ordering and pay, this way I’m not waiting for my sandwich in one line, then in another line waiting to get rung up. Not all of us have an hour lunch. The last time I did this, the cashier rolled her eyes and very, very slowly rang me up. She handed me the empty bag and seemed really annoyed I cut her out ouf her job of actually bagging the food. For this I’m sorry. The woman who made my sandwich was really nice though and was quick to pack everything up for me. I’m happy I went when I did this go round, because at least 15 people walked through the door as I was heading out. Try to avoid the lunchtime rush and you’ll be fine.

Im gonna give four stars for effort. Im reading about the horrible customer service in previous reviews. And maybe the managers read these reviews bc there was this one big black guy who kept on urging the others to keep the service rolling. «Mike, can you please take this young lady’s order?» «Alice can you please assist this young lady?» And this big black guy was very polite. The guy taking my order did have to ask me a few times and got confused about what he was making. But he had been working for 8hrs straight supposedly so i cant hold it against him. In terms of food… this was my first time back in cosi in 7years. I remember it being better. A bit disappointed.
