This is a review for the regular part of the store(not the pharmacy, which was closed). The store is large and new, and it had a good selection. Sadly, no self-checkouts, but the line was short. People were greeted as they walked into the store, and I was offered help while I was walking around shopping, so the staff gets an A+ for being atypically helpful and friendly – it’s as though I were in a CVS in my hometown.(NYC drugstores are usually the opposite of helpful or friendly, so this was a very positive experience.)

Tech/cashier and pharmacist were really unfriendly. There are millions of cvs out there. Don’t go here!

Despite the other bad reviews, this is my all time favorite pharmacy! The pharmacist Jin(spelling?) is unbelievable. She truly cares about the customer and will do anything it takes to make you happy. I’m so glad I met her!!! Highly recommend! If you are choosing between here and 72nd street 2nd ave, go here! Without a doubt!

Pharmacy very unhelpful. Pharmacy staff are lazy and don’t go out of their way to help customers. It took them over an hour for me to get a flu shot and there was no one in the store at the time but me.

I wasn’t initially sure that the neighborhood necessarily needed a CVS next door to the Walgreens. I was, however, looking forward to the efficiency and convenience of self-serve checkouts. Alas, this location has none, and in all of my visits thus far, there has only been 1 associate manning the checkouts. The layout is counter-intuitive, at best. But, at least the checkout line is shorter than at Walgreens.

Horrible. The coupon machine doesn’t work. Nobody knows how to work the registry for the checkout. The sales lady doesn’t even know what the difference between«instant coupon» and«extrabucks» in those CVS labels. I mean — seriously? Trainings? I have to explain what it is to her and she still doesn’t get it.
