Always changes your appointment times. I originally made my appointment with Dr. Shahbandi on zocdoc, then have only seen or spoken to Dr. Shusterman since which likely explains why there is always an extremely long wait. I suspect they keep the office double bookeed. Also, I was oddly pressured 3 minutes into my meeting with a nurse to take an STD test because ‘you never expect your wife to be unfaithful buy you never know for sure’ which was extremely rude and completely unrelated to what we were talking about. Not going back.
