Update: Elementem got back to me and honored the sale price. I was disgruntled because of the lack of customer service, but believe my email went to spam and they didn’t see it. So, I’m happy it’s resolved and highly recommend their products. I’m very happy with the product.

Gorgeous, high quality work that serves as a true centerpiece in a room. My niece has a set of the cherry blossom canvas prints — they’re sweet and perfect for a little girl’s room. I also love their line of graphic quote posters. They’re fun and smart. They have such a range, and it’s been a pleasure to work with them (they’ve responded immediately and with care, in my experience) — I feel like this is a one-​stop place for decorating a home.

Great product, great customer service. Purchased multiple items from the company, and never had a problem.

I have still not received my print (ordered 12÷6÷14). I did, however, receive a comment from someone from their company. Just to clarify, my 1-​star review has NOTHING to do with the quality of their product. Their prints are beautiful and of good quality. My problem is with their customer service or lack thereof. I have had to be the one to initiate all the follow-​up. I received no explanation as to why the wait was so long until today via a Unilocal comment. I have to take the time to keep contacting them to check on my order status. That should not be the case. They should send me periodic updates. I freely admit I was offered a refund or different pic but I REALLY want that one. Long story short… based on MY experience I would not recommend them.

Love their work and they’re always so nice when I see them at various fairs around the city. I’ve bought a few of their triptych pictures and they look so cool in my apartment.
