Vivian Kuo, and her partner Matthew DeSilva, helped me close a deal on my apartment that I had leave early due to unforeseen circumstances. They were very professional, and although they operated in a tough neighborhood with lots of other available units for a lot less than my unit, they managed to find the right tenants within reasonable time.

I worked with John Kim to get an apartment this month in Astoria. He was great and was very responsive and it was a pleasure working with him. I was coming from out of state and there were some challenges with that and he was very helpful in getting me into my apartment with no delays. I would definitely recommend using him for all your real estate needs!

Moving in New York is always stressful and it is really hard to find a broker that understands your needs and shows you apartments that actually match your budget and requirements. I was searching and searching for apartments and felt so hopeless. John Hernandez reached out to me and was everything I wanted in a broker. He was not only kind and caring — he was genuine and he wasn’t money thirsty — which a lot of, not only brokers, people working seem to be. He really wanted the best home for me. He helped me find an apartment that was right at my budget and was pristine (new kitchen appliances + renovated studio). Unfortunately, due to several complications with applications and other apartments on my end I was unable to get the place with John.
Till the end John showed a consistent pattern of his self — without changing even when things were left shorthanded for him. When I asked if I were to get my application money back he even offered to pay for it out of pocket to cover the application fee. Salvatore Santello was a godsend in the competitive and anxiety inducing atmosphere of NYC apartment hunting. After a miserable morning with another real estate agent, Sal saved our apartment hunting day. Because my roommate and I were apartment hunting out of state, I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge of the surrounding area when he showed us around the East Village area. He was conscientious and respectful of our time, and understanding of our requirements.
