Not only do they have a B rating, but staff is rude as Hell. I was standing there to be served for a good 5 minutes and I guess a couple of regulars or maybe just from this upscale neighborhood came in, and as if I was invisible they attended to them first.

Terrible service, unable to follow delivery instructions. When calling to follow up on order status the guy on the phone is extremely rude spoke to me like I was some kind of idiot who doesn’t know how to place an order correctly. Completely unacceptable, never received my order. Haven’t tried Food Passion before? Don’t bother, they don’t appreciate your business anyway, it’s a hassle for them to have customers.

I have 3 words for you
DILL CHICKEN SALAD.
After having it from here I cant eat chicken salad anywhere else. Its so good and fresh but its popular so it sells out quick. That and the staff are crazy friendly especially for a place with little foot traffic. They get most of their income from delivery and call in orders, so they looked surprised to see me, however I was greeted and instantly serviced. I watched Jose make my food and ring me up. Great ppl and amazing salads.

Was so happy to find bialies, which are hard to find but which I love, here according to menu on
. Ordered one with low-​fat cream cheese, and then 15 min later I got a call from the restaurant telling they don’t have bialies and they don’t have low fat cream cheese. When I asked why they were both on the menu, the guy blamed
, and he said «I’m on the phone with them now.’ Unclear to me how he could be on the phone with
and me at the same time (this was not a conference call), but whatever. Canceled order. So much for passion.
