Be careful about signing a contract here. Literally worked out for a week and then went back home because of a family emergency. They want 150.00 to cancel the membership and for what? I paid 78.00 bucks just to get my foot in the door and worked out there for less than a week. Perfect example of a gym franchise that rips people off when they have extenuating circumstances.

I like this gym because it has all the equipment a serious lifter could want, it is rare that I have to wait for a machine(I lift in the morning around 8 or 9), there are lots of cardio options, and the personal trainers are all cool– no BS attitudes and no one tries to push cross fit or some other cult on you. Also, they have a lot of those types of activities if you are into that– and more. Spinning classes are off the chain there. I have been greeted every time I go in with a cheerful person and if you work out there often enough, you get to know the people who work there. This makes it a small town feeling in a gym with an atmosphere that accommodates lifters who care about more than mirror muscles, but also is good for a housewife who needs to get in shape– they have child care and those kids always look engaged and happy in there. There is plenty of parking, the rates are reasonable and if you need to shower and change there are adequate facilities– they might be on the small side but when you have deployed as many times as I have you tend to just be happy there is hot water– perspective folks! I am moving– I hope they open one of these in Saint Augustine.

Not worth the price of membership. Lack of space. Never been greeted with a smile. Tiny bathrooms/lockers. Not adequate use of space. Have decent equipment but the setup is weird. I feel like if you’re paying that much they should provide better service and provide better equipment.
